Unwind and enjoy this spacious, 4 bedroom 2 bath home located just minutes away from beaches, restaurants, and other wonderful conveniences!

This house is a single family home that has 2 separate living areas with a shared kitchen. Upstairs has an open living/kitchen area with an island, two large bedrooms (one is oversized) both with queen beds and a full bath. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (One with a queen bed and one with a full bed), Full bath, den with sliders to a deck, and a laundry room.
Area:
Enjoy walking in this adorable, safe neighborhood. Short walk to a private beach (Lake Pettaquamscutt Shores) that is part of the Narrow River. Launch your kayak and enjoy the beautiful river views. Great for swimming and kayaking. Just a short (5 min.) drive to Famous Narragansett Pier (town beach) just a few more minutes to other nearby beaches (Scarborough, Roger Wheeler, Salty Brine and Bonnett shores..)-Only half a mile to Domenic Christofaro Park with tennis courts. basketball courts and play area.
-10 min. drive to Wakefield center with great shops and restaurants.
-1 mile from Famous Brickley's Ice Cream Shop
*-Beautiful Newport just over the bridge, about a 10-minute drive!!
-20 minute drive to Block Island Ferry,

House was as advertised and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay. Kitchen is well stocked and house was very clean upon arrival. House is a very short distance from a private beach with no waves so was great for the kids in our group. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location to enjoy the area- beaches. Very quiet neighborhood as we wanted.
Very impressed with responsiveness of property manager. We lost hot water and she had a service team at the house and got water restored in less than 2 hours.

I was happy with the property. Perfect setup for a family getaway, driving distance to beaches and restaurants. The house was clean, easy to get in, and nice neighborhood, would recommend.
