About this house rental
This lovely home is located in the beautiful private community of Forest Lake! This community sits in Saunderstown/Narragansett and is an easy commute to both Narragansett, Jamestown, and Newport attractions!
This raised ranch home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and is beautifully maintained! Perfect for your summer vacation!
This property is managed by Narragansett Properties, who is available to guests when needed.
This beautifully maintained raised ranch is equipped with two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the bottom floor and, two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the top floor. Both levels possessing a living room space, great for relaxing and winding down after a long day exploring the many attractions in the surrounding area! The spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and dining in. For those who enjoy outdoor dining/grilling, the back yard and deck is the perfect space for your family or friends to gather during those cool summer nights!
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
