Good communication.
We’re a Family of 6, stayed for a week.
25 minutes from airport.
Comfortable, kitchen well equipped.
Kids slept in sofa bed, quite neighborhood. Groceries stores around the corner, all this for a great price.
Also lots of stuff to do if you’re into nature.
We went to 2 different swimming holes, 2.5 hours of amazing views to top of the Rockies, Boulder is great! Less then 1 hour away.
Our stay here almost felt strategic.
We’ll definitely be back in the fall!

This was a great little house for our family of 6 adults. Granted we don’t mind squeezing for 2 nights when the price is right. This property has actual beds for 5 plus a double bed hideaway, plus extra room on remainder of sectional. House was in great condition. Updated. Bright. It was one mile from wedding location. Close to retail and eats. Hosts are friendly and responsive. The only minor issue was overlooked items for our 6th person. They might have forgotten? I stated in my early booking that we were 6. Missing a 6th towel and clean sheets for the hideaway for the 6th person. Hosts fixed the towel issue right away. We had time and access to washer/dryer so we took care of the sheet issue ourselves. Didn’t even bring it up with hosts but I’m confident they would have fixed right away. Bottom line… this property was perfectly located and very affordable for our family’s needs! It also met our standard for aesthetics and cleanliness. We would book again.

This cozy little home was perfect for our stay. There are 2 bedrooms, with 3 total beds (king, queen, twin). Everything was very clean inside. Owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a cozy clean place to stay

Property was just like the ad said. Host was quick to respond to questions we had. I slept on the larger bed with the twin bed in the same room. It was such a comfortable bed. I slept like a baby. I would definitely rebook with her should the opportunity come up again. Thank you!!

This property was listed as having 4 bedrooms and 2 baths at the time of booking. However, it was corrected after I contacted the host. The listing still states that it "sleeps 8," but accommodating 8 people would be very cramped. Additionally, the number of beds listed is incorrect; there are only 3 beds in the two bedrooms, not 4. As a result, my family of 7 barely fit, and we couldn't all eat at the table and counter simultaneously. Fortunately, my children are little and adventurous, but 8 adults would have never fit, unless they many of them are expecting to sleep together.
The bedroom doors do not shut easily, and once they are slammed shut, they can only be opened with a hard jerk, which creates very loud sounds and threatens to pull the veneer off the door.
When we arrived (and for most of our stay), there was a pile of trash from two overflowing bins in front of the house with birds pecking at it. We jokingly called the birds "trash penguins." Furthermore, there was a mattress in the yard for the entire duration of our stay.
If the trash had been cleaned up, the property had not been falsely advertised, and the doors had worked properly, it would have been a great experience.

Bathroom towel rack fell off as soon as I grabbed a towel, backyard was trashed , inside was cleaned well. No TP or paper towels, remotes didn’t have batteries in them. The listing said 2baths 4 bedrooms, it was a one bath two bedroom . Over all we made the most of our stay and enjoyed the people. Good location from just about everything to do in the Denver area..
