The house was as advertised. It is in an excellent location and the interior was clean, well maintained and well stocked. On a quite street but just a five minute walk to North Woodstock Village. Close to Loon and Lincoln. Very close to Franconia Notch, Clark's Trading post, Wales Tales... Lot of great hiking trails close by. Rebecca was very responsive to our inquiries.

I booked this very last minute for our family to be able to spend time together before the school year starts and we had the best time. The house was set in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to downtown. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded within a timely manner.

Fantastic location and a cute house that easily fit 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog. 5 minute walk to Main Street and a short drive to many attractions. The house was cozy, clean, and well stocked. The neighborhood was very walkable and the neighbors were all friendly. Check in was easy and the host left a nice guide book with all rules and local places to visit. Would definitely stay again.

We only spent a very short time in the property. We checked in and discovered that the hot water was not working. We quickly reached Rebecca, and she could not have been more responsive and helpful. She first tried to locate a plumber, which proved to be impossible on a Sunday evening. We relocated to a nearby hotel for our two-night stay, and she reimbursed my rent before we even had time to load our bags back into our car and pull out of the driveway. The house was in a great location and very nice inside, and we were sorry we didn't get to stay there, but Rebecca handled the situation very professionally. We would not hesitate to book this property again if we return to the area in the future.

A late season storm brought nearly 36" of snow the day before I arrived. This added an extra element of magic to the stay and provided the best skiing of the season at nearby Loon Mountain. The hosts have very thoughtfully created a welcoming and hospitable home. The decor is tasteful, recently refreshed New England Ski Chalet. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and a few special treats besides. There are three bedrooms (very spacious master bedroom) that provide more than enough space to accommodate a family/group of 4 or more. The hosts currently list their property as Pet Friendly and they have taken special efforts to anticipate the needs of any canine guest who might stay there.
I highly recommend this property and the hosts. I look forward to being their guest again soon.
Thank you.

We found the house very well stocked with the little things you might need and more! All the rooms are on one level with no stairs to climb, if you have a handicapped person in your group. Great location for driving the scenic highways.

This home is exactly as pictured, yet so much more. A spacious kitchen that quickly turns into everything you have at home. Packets of condiments and cream help you enjoy whatever you have.
The living room greets you with brochures of all the local and surrounding attractions and comfy furniture. It also has very interesting games to pass the time away!!
The bedroom truly has the most comfortable bedding, with lots of space!
The bathroom has lots of storage plus a basket full of things you may have forgotten or need, very thoughtful.
It’s a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors that have lived there for decades! A short walk brings you to town which is a perk in itself!!!!
Rebecca is a fabulous hostess! Your check in and out, so easy! She is available and pleasant to help you out if it’s needed. She’s thought of everything to make your stay an experience you’ll enjoy.
