The location is a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. It was mostly clean. The ceiling fans were very dirty and there is mold in the master shower. The bathrooms are small and there is very little storage for clothes. The bedrooms each having a TV. The beds were comfortable. The pool area is nice but infested with mosquitoes. Our week started with a tropical storm and the pool had a lot of debris. We had to clean it ourselves because it wasn’t cleaned until Thursday afternoon after I asked several times if it could be cleaned. I was required to send a picture before they came out. I understand they were busy but I feel they could have responded faster as the rain stopped Monday.

place was clean. well furnished. overall comfortable only quirk several kitchen chairs pretty wonky and scared to sit on. with 8 adults could use another sitting chair on living room

Overall the property is very nice and is in a great location. Just a few minor things that need attention but it doesn’t hinder me from booking again for next year - we loved it!

Location was good. The fridge and dishwasher stunk and both bathrooms had mold in the showers. All of the beach chairs/ accessories were also moldy. The rest of the house was clean and in good shape.

Stayed 1 week at Holmes Beach. Easy walk to the Gulf side of island, about 3 blocks to the beach. Bus stop 1 block from house provides N/S transportation with complete loop of the island- free. House very clean, beautiful heated pool, privacy fenced, tropical landscaping, and beach supplies. This house has it all.
