About this house rental
Vacation in style & utter comfort! Enjoy a lofty experience at our centrally located / newly renovated townhomes. We DON'T cut corners! Our custom designed spaces are renovated to achieve the ultimate vacation experience. We are dedicated 100% to hospitality. Located off hwy 108 in Mi Wuk, we are nested between Dodge Ridge/Pinecrest & Sonora. We are ideal in location - close to the lakes, hiking, fishing, wine tasting, restaurants, shopping, skiing, events...everything the gold country offers.
This elevated rustic/industrial style mountain townhome is ideal for a couple getaway, friends weekend, a single professional looking to work remote in nature, or a family. It is a 2 story unit, main living on the lower level, bedrooms and restroom on the second level. We LOVE and very much welcome your fur kids!
We achieved our dream of designing, renovating and hosting vacation rentals while in Arizona, January 2020 (yes, right when covid happend). We were surprised how quickly our vision took off, immediately gaining super host status, and even being rated among the top 10 places to stay in Prescott. We decided to sell and move back to our home State, bringing our passion of design, reno and hospitality with us, but now having to start over with our status. We have confidence in this move and know our guests will appreciate our attention to detail and passion for making our guest feel like royalty.
Kitchen - The full size kitchen is completely stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, microwave, gas range....everything you need. We also supply spices (so no need to pack unnecessary items). Also, please enjoy our complimentary coffee/espresso/tea/cocoa bar.
Outdoor Patio - A great space to wake up and sip on your morning coffee while listening to the birds sing. Or a relaxing place to retreat after a day at the lake or ski resort...kick up your feet and enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer. The private backyard patio is furnished with a seating area/dining set and a propane barbeque provided for grilling. BBQ utensils are provided, you may need to purchase more propane to fill the tank. If you smoke, please use this back patio to do so, smoking is not permitted inside. We ask you are diligent with properly disposing your cigs, as the forest loves fire. An ashtray is provided.
Living Room- Furnished with a large comfortable sectional, wood burning fireplace, 55" Roku TV with cable and Netflix. Separate mudroom space to store jacket, skis, shoes, towels, etc. Desk space and best wifi available in the area for remote workers.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- We have a washer dryer locked in our "owner's closet" in the house. It will be made available for longer stays.
-The backyard of the townhouses shares a fence with the backyard space of the market. They use that space as locked/secure boat parking. If you have a boat, we made arrangements with the store owner to allow our guests to park it for $25/night, which you will pay it directly to the store owner via cash when you arrive. Please let us know if you need this so we can give the store owner a heads up before your arrival.
*Side Note - The other 2 townhomes on the property will soon be available as vacation rentals as well. Ideal for larger groups (for reunions or other large group requirements). The garage spaces will also be converted to a rec room featuring workout equipment, pool table, etc. Keep checking back for updates.

We chose this place because it had air conditioning and it was NEW! The beds were comfortable, the wifi was fast, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was nice to have a good selection of spices for cooking. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning, sipping our coffee. The location is easy to access, and there is a small market just a short walk away. The host responded quickly to questions. We would gladly stay here again.

The weather wasn’t cooperating with us and it became clear a day or two before that we should delay our “move in” to the cabin.
Our stay at this beautiful townhouse was perfect in every way! No details were forgotten. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was fabulous with a huge shower. Rocu tv was a plus and the kitchen was amazing! Beautiful place to spend a few days or longer! We will be back for sure!! Great location and very easy to find!
