This beachfront unit boasts an enviable location, just 500 meters from the vibrant town center. Situated directly opposite the pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters of Woorim Beach, it offers immediate access to a range of water sports, walking and bike paths, exercise stations, parks, and picnic areas.
The Woorim town center, located around the main beach, features a patrolled section of sand along with an array of shops, cafes, restaurants, and clubs.
The unit itself is designed for comfort and convenience. The open-plan, air-conditioned living room seamlessly extends to a spacious balcony, perfect for family gatherings. This large balcony is equipped with a table, chairs, and a BBQ, making it an ideal spot for entertaining. The kitchen, comparable in size to that of a house, provides ample bench space for preparing meals, and the dining area is integrated with the kitchen for easy meal serving.
