Feel a sense of peace and tranquility the moment you arrive at this beautifully landscaped home and step onto the hardwood flooring. With plenty of unique modern accents, eclectic artwork, and a decorative stone-surrounded fireplace, you'll instantly feel at home in the comfortably furnished living room.
Prepare a new recipe for dinner with your loved ones in the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. Boasting a professional grade 5-burner stovetop with 2 ovens, gorgeous cabinetry, a Nespresso coffee machine, and expansive countertops, this high-end kitchen has it all!
After a day of excitement, head back to the house to relax in the backyard. Let Fido get some exercise in the yard while you enjoy a wine and cheese board and a tranquil Washington sunset! If you're looking for a change of scenery, the front of the house offers 2 benches, ample lush foliage, and a front porch.
As your eyes start to get heavy, make your way to one of the 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms to hit the sack. Kids love the second bedroom with 2 twin beds while couples or close friends can make themselves comfortable on one of the queen beds in the other 3 bedrooms.

When you're not dining at the property, be sure to grab a bite to eat at one of the tasty restaurants nearby. Some local suggestions are the Pacific Grill, Honey Coffee + Kitchen, Montamara Kitchen, Pacific Southern, Dirty Oscar's Annex, and Tibbitts @ Fern Hill.
If you're looking to work on your tan or do some exploring, hop in the car and drive 13 minutes to Point Defiance Park. This bayfront park is located at the northern tip of Tacoma and boasts a Zoo & Aquarium, the famous Five Mile Drive, as well as a ferry to Tahlequah on Vashon Island!
Some other ideas for fun include visiting the Chihuly Bridge of Glass and the Tacoma Art Museum downtown, play a game of golf at one of the top-notch courses in the city like the Allenmore Golf Course, or enjoy one of the many local parks in the city. Auto enthusiasts can't resist exploring the famous LeMay - America's Car Museum (ACM) site!
Downtown Seattle is also just a 35-mile trek from your door if you want to make a day trip to explore the famous Pike Place Market.
