Built in 1945, this townhome full of historic charm, renovated, and complete with a kitchen is located in the iconic city of Alamo Heights. Professionally furnished with fiesta-themed decor with an Asian twist by local designing firm Feather Fluff and Flings. Optimal convenience: 4.1 mi from the Riverwalk, across the street from San Antonio-famous tacos, antique shops, and bakeries. Located in one of the most expensive towns in the nation.
You will get the entire townhome to yourself with private entry. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, a kitchen, 3 large closets give you plenty space for your luggage.
You will get all the privacy you want, yet the hosts is only one email or text away.
Bedrooms are upstairs. Living room, dining room, and kitchen are downstairs.
Within Alamo Heights, this place is a short walk to Paloma Blanca Mexican Cuisine, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Bird Bakery, Chela's Tacos Mexican Restaurant, Starbucks, Kung Fu Tea, Sorrento Pizza & Restaurant, la Madeleine French Bakery, antique shops, and more.
Also a 10 min drive to the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and the Pearl, its vibrant shops and weekend farmerss markets. You can stroll around the neighborhood, enjoy shopping and food.
Bus stops are within walking distance and you can take the bus to the DoSeum, the Botanica garden, the Pearl, downtown, the River Walk, etc. There is always Uber nearby to get you to everything.
An assigned parking space in the carport and an extra parking space outside of the carport. No more than two cars will be allowed.
