A luxurious Yorkshire retreat with all the comforts of a modern home, and to top all that, the ideal location to explore the area.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet

Bedroom 4: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Smart TV, Xbox 360. Gas central heating (underfloor in en-suite), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Back garden with barbecue and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Holidaymakers, couples and families only. . This historic Grade II listed former rope mill is perfectly set on the edge of the River Nidd ideal for families and friends wanting that special house in a fantastic location for your unique holiday. This property fuses style with a modern contemporary feel with no expense spared by the owners. This must be a ’one off’ property in the area, there are not many houses that sleep eight guests in four bedrooms that have so much space for everyone.
The property is a substantial townhouse recently renovated however still retains some lovely original features mixed with modern appliances. The Mill Townhouse has many features to the property guaranteeing a memorable stay for guests, whether it be the fantastic garden to the rear of the house which you access through doors from the main living space which presents comfortable sofas and Smart TV, a great area to kick back and relax after a day exploring this stunning area. The garden is an ideal spot to sit out and have a drink alfresco style in the summer months before venturing down the river to the many pubs and restaurants within walking distance from the house at Pateley Bridge. On the first floor there is a well-presented, well-equipped kitchen/dining area, ideal for socialising with friends and family or cooking a meal for all the family to enjoy should you not wish to dine out. Over the second and third floors are four large bedrooms, one of which offers en-suite facilities. An attic bedroom is an ideal place for children to have their own space with a seating area, Smart TV and Xbox to keep them entertained. All bedrooms have plush fresh linen guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep and are beautifully decorated and furnished with plenty of storage. The family bathroom is located on the second floor and is kitted out with contemporary designer sanitary ware.
The Mill Townhouse is set in the delightful village of Glasshouses and provides the perfect base to explore the abundance of surrounding Yorkshire countryside and villages. There is so much to see and do in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with plenty of scenic walks and cycle routes straight from your doorstep so make sure you pack your walking boots. With the cottage being located just outside the charming market town of Pateley Bridge you have instant access to shops, café, restaurants and pubs. The market town of Masham is 10 miles away with its world-famous brewery and, further afield, the cathedral city of Ripon is 40 minutes or the stylish spa town of Harrogate is a 45-minute drive. Nearby National Trust attractions include the magnificent Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal near Ripon and Brimham Rocks in Summerbridge. Pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Please also ensure you pick up any dog poo and dispose of in the respective bins near the house.
