This remarkable property features 2 bedrooms ...the master has a toilet the double a family bath room with shower.
Double glazing through out and with central heating and an electric fire in the living room.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen.
Flat screen TV with Freeview. Wired internet provided . A hospitality tray with tea is provided.
Cot and highchair are available for hire .Prices on request.
A small shop is on site
Enjoy a swim in the sites pool followed
by a drink or meal in the "Boathouse Tavern" club house and family restaurant. Passes for both are required at all times and are available at a small extra charge from reception. An exciting kids club is available and is in cluded in children's passes. Why not enjoy the many local attractions,pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and....pockets?. There is also the Oasis pool on Hunstanton sea front. Best of all ,Heacham South Beach is just a 5 minute walk away...
Due to local bylaws all commercial vehicles and Hen and Stag parties are not allowed on site sorry due to site rules.
Dogs are allowed but a maximum of 2 please due to site rules.Please inform us on booking if you wish to bring your pet.
Check -in time is from 2pm and check -out by 11am.. Early check-in and late check-out times are available at extra cost. Charges on request
A damage deposit of £75 is required which can be made by bank transfer up to 7 days before your stay or by cash on arrival. Refunds will be made by the same format as payment.
