There is literally a bed and bathroom and a table. So dont expect a fridge, phone, or closet.

Great location

One thing to note. Its a mininalist experience which I didnt realize so there is no TV or anything that would plug into the walls except lights for the room. No coffee maker or anything. There is a lounge on the second floor you can use that has all that but you are grouped with other people. Might not be for you. Didnt bother us because we want to get the Charlottetown experience not a hotel experience. Also no parking service or parking at all through Arts Hotel. That being said there is a parkade right beside the building free on weekends and 8.75 on weekdays. Which i thought is better than most hotels if they offered parking.

The rooms are tiny mabe 10x12 ft
No tv, no coffee machine nothing but a bed and tiny bathroom!!! This is not a hotel it’s a hostel they charge way too much for absolutely no amenities or comforts of a true hotel I would never go back and I would never refer this place to anyone

Stayed for two nights. Basic room with no amenities. Great location for exploring downtown area walking. Parked at metered spot in front of hotel, overnight no charge. Room was a bit small but clean and comfy. Would stay again.

I found the desk very busy during check in and had to wait. Also hard to get in entrance as busy spot downtown. But the staff was friendly and the room was bare but clean and very comfortable bed.

They wait till you check in that the room is basically just a bed and washroom- no tv, fridge, coffee maker, etc. loud hotel to stay in.

Nice no frills hotel, centrally located clos to restaurants, shops, harbour & the shellfish festival grounds! We had a bigger room then our last stay at this hotel, which was much better, however since this room has more space I would suggest they add a chair (as we only had one) and wall hooks/hangers near the door since there is only 2 wall hooks (with3 hangers) for a closet.

It was a very minimalistic place. Nicely located in town. Walkable to many interesting places. Very clean and modern place.

Amazing friendly staff:)

Not made aware there was no fridge, no coffee, no parking and a small square box like room of concrete

Great concept for those who do not want all the extras in the room. There is a common room with all the amenities that you need. Free parking on the streets from 6pm to 8am or paid parking for 24 hours near by.
Not a place for families.

Quaint hotel with virtually no amenities based on European boutique hotels. Budget conscious.

Clean and very central.

This room had no tv, there was a common room for guests to make tea or coffee and watch tv, but after a long day, I just wanted to relax in my room abd watch some hockey. Also, the bathroom door didn't close securely, so whomever else was in the room could hear and smell everything that was going on.

Great Micro hotel! Excellent restaurant and convenient location for enjoying all downtown attractions. Renovations currently happening directly across the street so it was noisier than I liked. Otherwise an excellent choice.

Before you book, please note that the staff here is fantastic and accommodating. The rooms are limited, with only a bed and a small desk. There are no TVs in any rooms, but there is a common area on floor two where you can watch TV and relax on couches and board games. A music hall on the main floor has great acts you can watch.

Great location in the heart of Dublin

Nice enough room. Staff were very nice and helpful. Not a fan of the in room chair, the tv service in the lounge area, or the no door shower that allows water to fall on the floor of the bathroom I’ve seen that in other places. Not sure if the inventors of those things ever actually tried them.
But would certainly go there again because the location and price are great.

The staff at this hotel and their restaurant are extremely kind and friendly.

The staff were absolutely wonderful! I felt like I was coming home! The Dali restaurant downstairs, as part of the hotel, was the perfect meeting spot with lounge chairs, a full menu, and open garage doors to watch the world go by. Can’t wait to go back next year!

It was within walking distance to the waterfront which was nice. It was simple and really all we needed, as we didn’t spend much time in the hotel.
It wasn’t clear to us where we booked that the hotel was more of a hostel-style arrangement and was a bit loud in the evenings. Our room looked a bit like a dungeon, had no TV or shower door and it was unclear that the parkade was not actually connected to the hotel. I think some additional clarification would be helpful depending on what people are looking for.

Did not know the rooms did not come with a T.V. Other than that, was a clean place/newer age place to stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed The Arts Hotel. This was our first time ever in PEI, and staying right in Charlottetown was amazing. The hotel is walking distance to so many neat restaurants and the Harbour, where you can find shopping, more restaurants, and most importantly, Cows ice cream.

After arriving we were informed of the lacking amenities in the hotel. No parking, no room phones, no TVs, no fridges etc. we decided to go up and take a look at the room and it was incredibly small. None of these things were advertised upfront !
We asked For a refund and we were not able to get a full refund, we still had to pay for the first night even though we chose not to stay.
The hotel was clean, the staff were accommodating. The lacking amenities should be advertised upfront to prevent unhappy guests. The area infront of the hotel was also under construction, otherwise the local area was great.

Property was clean and good value for the money. Would like to have a tv and coffee in room but does have a nice common tv and coffee and snack room.

Unfortunately I had a view of the roof…there was nothing relaxing about staying here. The hallways were loud…I could hear people showering. The lounge is on the second floor but feels like a dorm room basement.

The room is very small, and there’s no TV.

This hotel is newer and very modern. Rooms are very large but sparse. They tell you that there is no tv, mini fridge but excellent Internet there is also a large common room to warm up food or watch tv. I enjoyed our stay. The bed was king and very comfortable. The shower is walk in and new and spacious. Great location for exploring the waterfront and the many restaurants. There were lots of bands playing music but the room are so quiet you don’t hear much outside noise.
