The unit's location right next to the water was incredibly convenient, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the area was delightfully quiet, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, everyone I interacted with was very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better
Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a lack of cleanliness. It was evident that the place had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, as we found leftovers from the previous guests in the oven and dead cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. It’s also worth noting that the bedrooms are not air conditioned. The place operated more like an Airbnb, where there is a list of chores you have to complete before you leave. While the location has potential, these shortcomings significantly impacted our experience.
6.0 / 10.0
Weird room layout, in the main bedroom. Torturous, dysfunctional entry/corridor layout, poor wayfaring for foot traffic to gain entry. But a pleasant enough apartment.

It wasn’t too bad to find where to get the keys.
The apartment was not cleaned properly in the kitchen, looks like this has fallen on blind eyes for a little while. I don’t think the property management kept an eye on the cleanliness of the place - this is a real shame.
The linen had makeup on the sheets and I received an email saying if cleaner can’t get it off I will be charged for new linen. Never had a problem with this before - a little over paranoid I think. 🤔 we never got any money off or even a phone call to say sorry about the state of the kitchen and oven on our arrival. Just a text message to say cleaner will be there shortly please let him in.
Very poor Management
