Excellent hotel and Fantastic staff and customer service. Our jacuzzi room had stunning views of the bay, and the room itself was very big, comfortable with a great decor. The indoor swimming pool is stunning and an absolute MUST(even though i dont like swimming pools), and the outdoor pool seemed nice too. Breakfast was very good, and i loved the fact its mostly a la carte. One of the best things was the customer service and the staff. They organized the car hire for us, some restaurants and also were very helpful with other tips and things to do around the area. I definitely recommend this place, and would be back for sure :)
The road near the hotel is very busy, but didn't bother us. There was Air con leaking on the room but was a minor thing

Ristorante eccellente (e a Malta non è facilissimo soddisfare noi italiani visto che sono abituati con gli inglesi).
Pulito, ordinato e incredibilmente silenzioso. Tutto perfetto.
Visto il livello che si pone questo hotel mi sarei aspettata più utilities da bagno.
Personale che si occupa della colazione al ristorante un po' confuso ma da quanto ho capito la struttura è nuova, quindi sono sicura che impareranno a lavorare meglio.

It is a perfect hotel to spend your holiday in Malta. The room was very nice and clean with a great view. The very tasty breakfast made me want to eat in the morning, which is not my daily habit. The restaurant has friendly staff and the food is very tasty. The indoor pool very original, grotto-like and the outdoor pool with bar, with the possibility to order food, plenty of sun loungers and a great view of the sea. The professional, extremely friendly staff is ready to help guests in any problem. I recommend this hotel to even the most demanding because it is special.

Bardzo miły i uczynny personel w recepcji, bardzo miły i uprzejmy personel w restauracji i barze, wystarczający wybór smacznych i sycących zestawów śniadaniowych "a la carte" przygotowywanych przez profesjonalnych kucharzy oraz niewielki "stół szwedzki" ze słodyczami, owocami, pieczywem, wędlinami itp., kawy, herbaty, soki, napoje w nieograniczonej ilości. Również możliwość spożywania obiadów w przystępnych cenach, w dość dużym wyborze potraw. Pokoje wygodne i przestronne, urządzone stylowo- zdjęcia oddają rzeczywistość, z przestronnymi łazienkami, z płynem do kąpieli, szamponem, odżywkami, ręcznikami, suszarką, szlafrokami i kapciami na wyposażeniu. W pokoju klimatyzacja, czajnik oraz kawa i herbata uzupełniana codziennie, mini lodówka, duży taras z widokiem na zatokę. Oryginalne łóżko z bardzo wygodnym materacem. Pokój dobrze wyciszony, z dużą ilością wieszaków, szafek, szuflad itp. Z uwagi na czas pobytu- marzec, pokój ogrzewany, cieplutko i przytulnie. Wewnętrzny, zakryty basen- oryginalny i ciekawy, na wzór groty skalnej, z mini wodospadami, jacuzzi i widokiem na zatokę, obok pomieszczenie ze SPA. Na dachu hotelu taras z leżakami, basenem otwartym, prysznicami i barem i widokiem na zatokę. Usytuowanie hotelu przy głównej drodze, w pobliżu przystanków komunikacji- łatwość dojazdu taksówką, autobusem czy autem.
Usytuowanie hotelu przy ruchliwej drodze, miało to swoje plusy- /komunikacyjne/, ale i minusy związane z hałasem ulicznym, jednak w pokojach usytuowanych od strony morza nie było to słyszalne. Hałas był jednak uciążliwy na otwartym tarasie basenowym na dachu hotelu, gdzie również było czuć zapachy z kuchni hotelowej. W ofercie "booking.com" na wyposażeniu pokoju był expres do kawy, którego jednak nie było w pokoju- po zgłoszeniu w recepcji został on co prawda dostarczony, jednak obsługa sprzątająca nie uzupełniała kapsułek do niego, pomimo prośby o to. Czystość w pokoju nie była zadowalająca- dokładność sprzątania zależała od osoby która w dany dzień wykonywała tą czynność. Również dwukrotnie konserwator musiał naprawiać migające oświetlenie w pokoju- ewidentne problemy z instalacją elektryczna. Brak na wyposażeniu pokoju sejfu, łyżki do butów, żelazka- możliwość wypożyczenia w recepcji. Nie podobało mi się pobieranie kaucji w wysokości 100 euro przy zameldowaniu i sprawdzanie pokoju przy wymeldowaniu- brak zaufania do klienta.

Raňajky sú vynikajúce.
Jediný rušivý moment bol pre mňa veľké okrúhle zrkadlo na strope nad posteľou, hneď sa mi vybavili scény z izieb v erotických filmoch, kde je to bežná kulisa. Ale to je iba môj názor, niekomu sa to môže páčiť.
V sezóne bude obrovský problém s parkovaním pred hotelom, hotel nemá vlastnú pláž.

finitions pas au top , ambiance LOVE HOTEL dans les chambres ( miroir au plafond !) ,situation tout au bord d'une route passante , changement de chambre car celle prévue avait vue sur mer/route , merci à la réceptionniste pour sa compréhensivité .

Where do i even start. From the moment we arrived at the hotel the lady at the reception (Marija) was super friendly and helpful. She was insightful about the local area. The room was amazing, super nice and just as advertised.
The breakfast was amazing, there is a chef to make the food for you fresh and there is a variety of food to choose from on the menu. The lady that served us every morning (Angelica) was absolutely lovely and always had a smile.
The cave pool was amazing and the views of a clear sunny day were breathtaking.
We will definitely visit again in the summer.

We loved our stay in Ushuaia hotel from the start. The staff were helpful and kind. Room looked beautiful, was clean, bed contained one big mattress which made sleeping a lot more comfortable. Loved the menu card for the breakfast, there was also a buffet with sweets, bread and stuff to make a sandwich with, as well as juices and water. The pool is lovely. Location is very calm, but there is a bus stop next to the hotel and the trip to St. Paul’s bay takes around 5-10 mins. The place is well communicated with all the larger cities. I would say it is a perfect place for a romantic stay in Malta.

Wollten eigentlich eine 9 geben, aber unser Zimmer befand sich direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Haupstrasse.
Bis 1 Uhr nachts und dann bereits wieder ab 4 Uhr norgens hatte man das Gefühl, dass die Auto, Lastwagen und Motorräder direkt durchs Zimmer fahren. Da das Problem anscheinend bekannt ist, bot man uns ein ruhigeres Zimmer an für einen Aufpreis von 100 Euro pro Nacht, was wir jedoch als nicht adäquat empfanden und ablehnten.
Ebenfalls stört uns die Aussage, dass man die Strasse ja auf einem Foto sieht, was natürlich stimmt, aber man sieht nicht wie stark befahren die Strasse ist. Wir würden dieses Hotel aus diesem einzigen Grund nicht mehr wählen.

Wat een mega mooi hotel!
Personeel allemaal heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het moment dat er iets niet beviel regelde ze gelijk om het ons zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken.
Het ontbijt was het beste ontbijt wat ik gehad heb voor een hotel, alles word vers gemaakt en het grootste gedeelte kan je lekker a la cart bestellen.
Ook gebruik gemaakt van de laundry service en dat is ook allemaal heel goed geregeld.
Voor een hotel wat net een aantal maanden geopend is doen ze het heel goed en voelde wij zeker de luxe waar wij van houden!
Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Sadly at every stage of our stay there were mistakes made, staff isn’t yet experienced with hospitality job or the management want to cut some corners, especially for a place called itself ,boutique’.
At check in the available facilities and rules weren’t properly explained.
Drinkable water at the room was provided only the second day after room service.
Slippers in the room were missing.
The rooms under the pool experience permanent water sound from the pool pump or wall fountain, throughout whole night.
The room shower water had unpleasant smell for the first few minutes when using it.
Our dinner order was mixed up totally, servers forgot to bring ordered water, our starter was offered as a main dish, free drinks offered were included on the end bill, pizza oven wasn’t working yet.
Unfortunately same at the breakfast, a la carte service shouldn’t take 20min to serve if there is little buffet choice. Dishes were missing indigents, e.g. you can’t serve eggs Florentine without Hollandaise sauce. Staff in the opened kitchen looked like angry with each other, seemingly having an argument. There weren’t enough people to take the orders.
Additionally the restaurant during breakfast is exposed to full sun, no curtains, etc., the AC isn’t enough when outside door is opened, the buffet food isn’t looking fresh.
When we asked for a wine opener for the room to enjoy our terrace, we were not allowed to keep it for the night, the waiter opened our wine at the doorstep.
On arrival parking space for taxi isn’t really available, it’s not clear where to stop and the main street is busy.
The most disappointing experience thou was the check out day, we were not allowed to use the facilities and stayed at the pool after checkout (11am early), and our stay was to spend a weekend at this modern facility, this isn’t happening in other Maltese hotels. We were explained that it is possible to use pool early on the check in day, but not at the check out.
