Immerse yourself in relaxation and privacy in this brand new 9 bedroom 5 bathroom lakeside home, nestled in the trees between Lake Harmony and Big Boulder Lake. This spectacular home is the perfect base to explore the Pocono Mountains.

Lookout Lodge comfortably sleeps 29 guests in 9 bedrooms, including the loft. All of our bed linens and towels are professionally cleaned and beds are made prior to you checking in. All included with no added cost to you.

The bedrooms are spaciously laid out over three floors with 3 queen bedrooms on the 1st floor, 3 queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 2 queen bedrooms on the 3rd floor and a daybed in the loft, a flexible layout for larger groups looking for privacy and space. One single queen on the first floor and one single queen on the 2nd floor have on-suites. Enjoy all the comforts of home with aspen log beds, TVs in all the bedrooms, cooling ceiling fans and modern bathrooms.

Relaxing and unwinding is easy in this beautiful lakeside home with 5,000 sq ft of living space. The great room is spacious and sunny with large windows overlooking southern panoramic skyline of Big Boulder Ski Area, Boulder Lake and the Pocono Raceway, high vaulted ceilings and solid hardwood floors and fittings adding warmth throughout. There is ample space to gather with friends and family with large sofas in front of fire, a separate sunny seating area and a stunning log dining table for memorable vacation meals. The modern kitchen is every chef's dream with high-end appliances, granite countertops, upscale amenities, and a granite bar counter with seating for six. Cooking for a large crowd is easy with two fridges, dishwashers, ovens and lots of workspace for prepping your home-cooked vacation meals.

When it comes to entertainment, Look Out Lodge has it all! The lower level games room is fully loaded with a Multicade arcade system, professional Olhausen 8' slate pool table, large plush sofas and flat screen TV and a Sonos sound system that sends music throughout the home.

Outdoor Living

This fantastic indoor entertainment area opens up to the finest in outdoor living. A large undercover deck with picnic tables and a hot tub opens to a private back yard with a spectacular view second to no other homes in Lake Harmony. The raised upper deck offers another 700 sq ft of outdoor living , gas Weber Genesis grille and plenty of seating for the whole crew to get together and enjoy alfresco dining under the stars along with the most spectacular view in Lake Harmony.

Family of 20 ages from 1 to 78. Exactly what we hoped for this important celebration. Guys played golf at Jack Frost National. Girls did mountain adventures at Camelback. Kitchen worked very well for preparing two elaborate dinners, make your own pizza luncheon and an elaborate breakfast. We had plenty of space for a dance party and game night. The guys could watch football and not be disturbed. The only drawback for our group was the limited number of bathrooms. We have 6 girls ages 10 to 16!

Our family had a wondeful stay at Lookout Lodge. The home was large enough to easily accomodate our family of 20. The home was very clean and communication with the host was easy and thorough. The view was outstanding!

I hadn’t used Vrbo before but this was a great start. House was clean and the space easily fit the group of guys that we brought. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again!

Most of my family were able to come on this vacation . There were a total of 25 of us ranging in ages infant to 65. Everyone loved the home and agreed that we should come again next year! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our family enjoyed a two-hour bike ride on the nearby Lehigh Gorge rail trail one day as well as a time at the nearby Hickory Run State Park lake beach. We had good communication with the owners with any issues we encountered in the home during our stay. I have already reserved this home again for next year!

We have been vacationing at Lake Harmony for years. Most of our stays have been on Skye Drive because of the view. This year was a treat because the view of Big Boulder Mountain and lake was fantastic. The house is beautiful and perfect for our rather large family. You can always tell everyone had a good time when they are sad to leave. It was a great week.

The property was nice and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space. I was also surprised by the lack of basic amenities, like bath soap and towels. The welcome packet noted there would be only bath towels provided, not hand towels for the bathroom, so we had to bring our own. We did not realize that there would be no shower gel. There were also only a couple of trash bags available to replace in the kitchen, which we ended up going through pretty quickly with such a large group. Positives were the beautiful home and how prompt the property manager responded. I’d recommend this place, but urge the management to provide some of these fundamentals that I’ve typically seen at other home rentals.

This was the first time we stayed in the Poconos as a family. We normally went to New Jersey shore. We had a fantastic time. The house was terrific and being able to see the wildlife walk thru the backyard was a bonus (bears, deer, fox, etc). The lake was close by and was a great area to enjoy the sun and water. We enjoyed cocktails on the deck and the scenery was great too. There were 14 of us who stayed this time around. Would rent this house again as it is great for a family get away.

Luxurious house , solid wood furniture looking brand new , small TVs in every room and 3 large TVs on 2 floors . Nice hot tub bath on the deck overlooking the lake and the mountain , pool table , playstation , 2 large refrigerators , calm and serene environment . Host very cooperative and responding promptly . all 17 in our group of senior citizens enjoyed the stay .

The house is absolutely beautiful and modern. It is very spacious and extremely clean. My sisters and I and our families had enough bedrooms. The huge open kitchen and family room accommodated all of us perfectly. The views from the deck were magnificent. The abundance of chairs on the deck fit our large group. The only problem we had was the coffee maker spilled out about half every time we made coffee. And the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. However I would recommend this place and definitely come back myself.

The lookout lodge is a top notch vacation rental. Ample bedrooms and amenities, not to mention a killer view make this your ideal week / weekend getaway. The hosts are very organized and provide a ton of info. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!

We were a school group in the area for a competition. The house was large to accommodate our group, nicely appointed and in an absolutely lovely location. The view from the house is amazing, overlooking the lake and a nearby ski resort. The house was clean and well set up for a large group.

This place was just as good if not better than the photos suggest. There are great views from the deck, the fact that there are three TVs in the main level is amazing, and the double fridges were a treat as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was exceptional and the property was accurately described in all details & images - you can have guaranteed peace of mind in your booking! We used the house for a 10 person corporate off-site and it was perfect for our needs - fast wifi, smart TVs everywhere to share & present, lots of rooms and with queen beds (no bunk beds!!!!), and rooms evenly spaced across floors so it didn't feel cramped. The view was even better then pictured with sweeping views of the lake & the mountain. Kitchen was well stocked as we had a private chef come in 1 night and they had everything they could have needed. Only issue here was there are 30+ coffee cups but only 6 wine glasses? But if that is our only issue - it was 10/10. Would absolute stay here again.

We had a wonderful time celebrating New Years in this beautiful home. It was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The property managers were so kind and were quick to respond with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property to anyone!

Had a wonderful time with the extended Family. Beautiful views of the Lake and Big Boulder ski. Cute downtown with restaurants and bars you can walk to. Like to come back in the summer and try swimming in the Lake. Recommend driving down to Lehigh Gorge State Park for some great hiking.

This house is incredible. The view alone is worth the stay. It was a perfect house for our large family that stayed with us. I would return to this house over and over again.

We all enjoy our stay but only my family gets disappointed in not having a dryer work and no hot water in one of the bathrooms. And when I get there the Zaguzi water was dirty. But the owner was nice and they send right away someone to clean and fix the water which was was very nice So in future to make sure all need to update before guest check-in. Overall was very good and it was convenient. Communication with the owner was 5 stars. The location was very nice We will stay there again in the future .

My spouse and I just went for the weekend to scope out possible reunion spots for friends and/or family. This place is actually has the WOW factor. It is completely new and modern. With all kinds of smart TVs, tons of space, huge open floor plan, beautiful location, beautiful visitors, and so many activities that people can partake in that are very close by. The open space makes it intimate for conversations and group activities, yet with the enormity of the house, property and surrounding areas for walking biking and hiking, you will be afforded privacy. I am now planning for our 2024 getaway!

Our family has stayed with this host at one of their properties next door last year as Lookout Lodge was being built. We made arrangements to return this year for our family reunion at the brand new Lookout Lodge. We all were amazed at how beautiful and spacious this new home was, plenty of room for all. One notable thing, the breathtaking views of the pocono mountains! We highly recommend this property.
