it was good until it wasn't
It is a nice place with a reasonable location. I would probably refer to it as a townhouse rather than a villa but same-same. Being a father of a toddler, i liked the idea of a glass pool fence (although could do with some enduroshield type love).
Hi Tyler (owner), this is very much a personal feedback based on the last 24 hours of the stay. For those not keen on reading the whole lot, it is about overcharging and attempting to overcharge. As explained over the messages, it was acknowledged that the tattoo damage was caused by one of the lad's fresh tattoo. There was no intention to avoid taking responsibility and/or paying for damages either. Perhaps the combination of being obnoxiously overcharged for the linen damage - at the same time when your staff was trying to charge an extra night for something that was already booked and paid for is the cause of this situation we have. I can live with your explanation of the bookingcom issue, although question how you schedule clients if you don't have access to the back end of the program. Could have been really awkward if there was a family turning up on to share the villa with the boys for example because someone was too busy trying to figure out how to book people in. Mistakes happen, so take this as constructive criticism rather than an attack on your skills. Now, back to this tattoo/linen charge. In our correspondence i highlighted the inconsistencies of the charges you listed, partially because you have "strict policies" "terms and conditions" however you were not willing to provide them or indicate where these might be located - thus it is reasonable to assume you had none so took a swing at a bunch of young kids who know no better. Although you have the skillset of corporate language designed to diffuse situation, it is time to lay off the Covid excuse. Post-covid sounds like post WWII – both correct but both are irrelevant. Nonetheless, there is an issue with the Math - You suggested that you have asked for less than amount necessary to cover the replacement.
