The rooms were spacious, I booked a unit
With the private pool, which overlooked the Ocean. Beautiful.
Everything was perfect, until I found hair in the food. Things kind of went down hills, after that.

It was a gorgeous property in a laid back atmosphere. The people were so friendly and helpful. My daughter and I really loved this vacation experience!

The beds were hard my husband had to sleep on the couch, could be fixed easily with offering memory foam padding

The grounds at this hotel are beautiful. The cottage was immaculate, and it had its own pool, which we lived. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The amenities they offer was great.

The accommodations were beautiful! The villa's location was perfect, with a clear view of the beach and near the lobby area. The food was awesome, and I loved that everything had a local flair. And of course, my favorite was the amenity was the private splash pool.
I honestly cannot recall a single thing that I would have changed. I truly had a positive experience.

Everything was fantastic, we love the luxury rooms with mini pool, the friendly staff and the beautiful beach and swimming pool.

Beautiful and relaxing! This is a very nice place. The staff was great. We accidentally left something and remembered prior to leaving the area. They made a special effort to find it for us.
We sailed on the hobie cat with their Captain. That was very enjoyable. Very relaxed atmosphere.
Their staff was very attentive and took us on a little tour of the available facilities when we arrived.
This was one of the more expensive places that we stayed, but really it was in a class by itself.

The rooms and the property itself are gorgeous. They keep everything very clean.
There is a lack of amenities and services that should be offered. Room service is not offered, there’s no spa on the property and there are times that you can’t get any food. They only serve breakfast 8-10am and do not begin lunch until noon. There is nobody that’s actually in charge of anything around there. The staff tries but you can tell there’s a lack of management. The location is not very close to other dining options unless you have a vehicle then you can drive to the village where there are other dining options. Cabs and transportation aren’t readily available.

The hotel is amazing, everything you need is there so if you're looking for a relaxing vacation with no noise, not a lot of people and comfort this is it!
The staff is amazing too, they are so helpful and friendly. Kaptain Larry is a whole vibe!
Everything was amazing

Hotel and facilities are very nice, and rooms are spacious and well-decorated. Staff seems well-trained, and generally friendly. Food options were plentiful, delicious, and reasonably priced.
For a higher end hotel, it was disappointing to find poor WIFI, a television that didn’t work, and a distinct lack of flexibility in booking excursions, refusing to modify these even when boats and staff sat idle as a result. On one day of our stay, we gave up on housekeeping, and simply asked for dry towels to be supplied.

the location to the beach
the wonderful staff
sparrow the bartender
the dock bar
we were not happy with the price of our room for the location of our room
we had beach front before and that was worth the money but not the room in back it was too expensive for what we got
the personal plunge pool was too cold

Location was great. Pool was lovely and great access to the beach. Room was large. Loved the kitchen amenities and the service was great.
Check-in was delayed but they offered a free drink and appetizer which was nice.

We loved the place, it's gorgeous, well-manicured, beautiful rooms, nice staff, great location with a lot of great amenities nearby. They were great at responding to our needs, like a local phone call, helping with the safe, sheets, extra towels and things for the hideaway bed (though extremely uncomfortable hideaway bed) Main bed super comfy, the hot tub was great in the back of our place we enjoyed that in the evenings, it was like a Sauna out there.
The mattress on the pull-out bed for my daughter was like sleeping on springs, they really need to replace it it was super uncomfortable and way old and out of date, so that needs to be updated. They never came to clean our room, not once, which I did not like and they didn't say anything at check-in I wasn't sure if that was due to Covid Protocols- it would have been nice to know. We couldn't figure out how to operate the air conditioning and froze to death every night - would be nice to have an extra set of blankets in-room or instructions on how to operate the air conditioning. The food was ok, it was pricey and not a lot of it, so perhaps bigger portions for the price they are asking for and more options on the dinner menu.

The staff was absolutely amazing. I’d go back just for them. The deluxe room with the plunge pool was beautiful. The food was pretty good, but the staff is by far the heartbeat of the property.

The room and it's amenities. The beachfront experience.
I have mixed reviews about my stay. The room amenities were 5/5, from the lighting, the private pool, the hammock and seating on the balcony to the shower, the pillows, the bed, even the water cooler. Firstly, when I got there, i was unable to check in early as i requested. So i had to wait from 12 midday to 3pm. I waited and went back to check at 2pm, my room still wasnt available. I went back at 3 and it was miraculously ready. What I was not satisfied about was the eating arrangements at the restaurant. The seating capacity was maxed out. The front desk staff didnt even offer to let me order and perhaps eat on the beach, which I later found out was an option when I saw it being offered to a tourist guest. I had to snack on ceviche from the ceviche bar, which was excellent btw. Anyways, when I was taken to my room the staff informed me that i would need to make dinner reservations because of the big group they were hosting. So i did so for 8:30pm because 5:30 was way too early. Anyhow when I was able to get dinner, I was so disappointed because the dinner was not very appealing to be honest. I ordered the pasta option and then a ceviche for an appetizer. About 10-15 minutes after the waiter came back to say they ran out of what I ordered. I then reordered a tenderloin steak which I must say, was not tasteful. The craboo sauce was not one I would like again. However, the steak without the sauce was very well done as i requested and the taste was okay. I must give credit where it is due. The breakfast was excellent. The eggs, the fry jacks, the beans, the farm raised bacon & sausage and the OJ. They were all great. One recommendation I have for the establishment is that they should consider a backup power source and water source for when outages occur. I was basically unable to do anything between breakfast and checkout. And to make matters worst, when i went to take a shower before i left, there was not a drip of water.
