Perfekte Lage um zu Fuß zum Pont du Gard zu laufen. Schöner Pool für die Kinder.
Extrem schlecht geputzt. Zigarettenstummel überall auf der Terrasse. Staubschicht auf allen Möbeln. Bad nicht geputzt.

we enjoyed the stay at this place. walking distance to pont du gard and nice facilities for the family entertainment. kitchens are quite complete and you have everything you need to cook.
the checkin was a bit confused, you need to stick to the timing given to avoid waiting outside if you arrive earlier.
4.5
Nice hotel, there is a pool.
Our family of two adults and three children were comfortable in the room.

It's cheap and a good breakfast is offered. There is a small swimming pool. It's a good place to stop by one or two nights.
We were asked for 300€ as a deposit!! It's crazy, we stayed just one night.

Excellent location
The property needs some love. Cobwebs all over. Many of the doors are stained

Nothing! We were a party of 4 travelling by car to the hotel for our Summer vacation. In our commute we had a car accident and I communicated to the hotel the situation hoping for some care / understanding and flexibility. Every email communication was a flat no - with no intention to check for our safety but making sure we would pay for the hotel booking as we cancelation was not allowed. We were not able to leave the country we had an accident - we had to pay anyhow with no other option, customer service and care.
Focus on payment, making a potential extra cash for rooms we would not use, no check in on car accident we suffered and therefore not allowed to leave the country to "enjoy our holiday". I guess it was language challenge but still no service / empathy and care.

I hated the entire experience. I have got the worst room I ever received in my 44 years in my life. I have no words as to how it was. It reminded me of a prison cell. No windows to get fresh air or a view because it was onto a hallway where other guests kept passing speaking super loud day and night. I was not able to get any sleep so I left after 3 nights demanding a refund of the nights not used but no answer from staff. They did not care. I have never seen this sort of room, small in size, dirty, broken door, broken paint, terrible experience and would never recommend

Location, close to Pont du Gard and close to town. Self contained. Large rooms and small terrace. Swimming pool. Value for money.
Pool closed at 7pm. Too early when you have been out all day. Bring your own towels as they are not provided.

Pleasant STAFF.
Large PARKING in front.
PETS accepted.
Closely located to the (rive droite / right bank) impressive Roman aquaduct PONT DU GARD monument (5 minutes by car, 15-20 minutes on foot).
Excellent VALUE FOR MONEY: EUR 125 / night for sleeping six people in June 2023 :-))
BASIC ROOMS (either too small to comfortably move around or overcrowded with furniture making wheelchair access impossible) with UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS (too light so they slip when putting your back against the wall: to read a book or to watch a movie) and a FLOODED BATHROOM with every shower taken (the floor should have been sloped towards the shower area) !
The outside terrace, table and chairs were DIRTY as well as some areas inside the flat.
VERY LIMITED BREAKFAST and a BROKEN COFFEE MACHINE.
WIFI access DID NOT WORK !
To reach this hotel, stores and restaurants YOU MUST HAVE A CAR.

The room was clean, the location was good, near Pont du Gard. We only stayed there for one night but we could have imagined to stay longer. The pool was great, the kitchen was okay and the apartment had a modern equipment.
2.5
Pleasant and helpful staff. Room availability when other hotels were fully booked.
No reception parking before gaining card for parking access.
Room sized confined and everything down to cutlery in breakfast room was cheapest available.
Cereal from a plastic bowl eaten with a teaspoon detracted from a reasonable breakfast selection.
4.0
The location, pool, breakfast: jam.
The sofa bed was a low quality.

practical family accommodation with well equipped kitchen, ample bathrooms etc
reminded us of student halls, views are out into car park

we stay for work every year and it’s a really great place. apartments are perfect and it’s not far for work at thé circuit at Ledenon

thé balcony in the apt is so spacious and ideal for a summer holiday. pool is a great thing to have. it’s proximity to 3 different cities and a lot of little towns and the pont du Gard is a plus. definetly recommend.

Third ‘bed’ was terrible (sofa)
pool was rather small and lating beds were quite limited

Great location to walk to the point du Gard. For anything else the distance requires a car.
Might have miss the concept of that hotel brand but we had to set up our own bed. The room was extremely small and the entrance to it so weirdly shaped that we almost couldn't fit the luggage (IE a door behind another door that are blocking one another)

Nice flat and balcony. The pool lokeed nice but we did not use it.
The cleaning.

location especially with the dog, forest behind nice walk to pont du gard. very nice apartment. lovely pool good big balcony. nice and quiet tropical feel to the inner court yard lots of palms
single beds wouldn’t stay together. although the bathroom and kitchen area were very clean the room and balcony needed a good hoover and dust. bar with snacks would have been a good addition

maybe kitchen facilities but we didn’t use any. Big parking inside the compound.
I had to make bed linens myself, clean the kitchen and take all garbage. Thanks I shouldn’t clean the floor. Dusty terrace. Quite remote location.
