We had 3 different families under the same roof and this house was perfect for us! The communication from the owner was great! We loved our stay and will be staying there again in the future! Highly recommend!!!

First off, I want to say take my review with a grain of salt. Our visit was right after Hurricane Beryl so some of our issues were related to that, and it rained a lot so we were stuck in the house most of the time. That being said, overall the house suited our needs. We had 3 separate families, including 5 kids from 6-to 13 and 2 grandparents. Our biggest complaint was that the air conditioner restricted us from going below 72. With this Texas heat, that seemed quite ridiculous. Nobody slept well because it was hot and humid at night. The dishwasher needs replacing. None of the dishes came out clean. The handle on one of the toilets was broken and had to be rigged with a screw driver. There was an ant problem in the kitchen and all our food in the cabinets was covered in ants. That could definitely be from the hurricane. The staircases are not conducive for small children. Several people fell on them.

Our stay was great despite it being after Hurricane Beryl. Unfortunately, the internet was out due to the storm for our stay, but we still had a blast. Very family friendly. The owner, Elizabeth, and manager, Christine, quickly responded to our concerns and so nice. Thank you both for checking on us. We were a large group of 13 and there was room for all of us. The private beach access was awesome and a short walk away. One of our top vacation rentals so far. Thanks again for helping us make more lasting memories.

Upon arrival, we were met by the property manager for a tour of the home and a guided instruction for use of the elevator. Everything was beautiful and bedrooms were perfect for everyone in the family. Beach access was easily walkable. I loved that you are able to leave items behind for future guests! There were boogie boards and a wagon that were used during our stay. We brought a small charcoal grill and left that behind with a small bag of match light charcoal. Love the “pay it forward” concept! Also there were a few kitchen items we didn’t use because we brought our own, but were very thoughtful. Furnishings were beautiful! As a matter of fact, I ordered the same chandelier for my dining room bc I loved it so much! LOVED the elevator! It totally saved me as I recently had a nasty fall at a historical apartment during spring break. The one and only negative thing I could say (and honestly it’s JUST me), is that I would have loved to turn the A/C down below 72 at night as I sleep very hot. Everyone had a great time and that speaks volumes for our large family! Thank you for sharing your beautiful rental with us!

Great place for our Thanksgiving get away. We needed a place that had an elevator and had plenty of room for our needs. This house meet all our needs and the location near the end of the island was perfect for our needs. The owner and property manager were easy to work with and I will consider renting this place again.

Perfect size for the 12 of us! Beautiful home within a short walk to beach. Owner responded quickly to communications and was very helpful.

The house was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. We drove our cars to the Beach Club dune crossover, which is about a 3-minute drive, but there is a crossover that is closer to the house which would be easy to walk to. We did have a little bit of trouble with the elevator responding to the call button, but it seems that most elevators these days are finicky, so it wasn't a big deal to us. We ended up using the stairs most of the time. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would definitely stay again!
