A short walk to the National Forest and a 10-minute drive to both Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory, the historic Twin Peaks Lodge offers 21 unique cabins with a top-rated restaurant on site.
Our 3 rules:
no smoking
no pets (sorry, no exceptions)
no grilling or bonfires (we're surrounded by trees!)

Built in 1924, The Twin Peaks Lodge is listed on California's Registry of Historic Landmarks, and we continue to bring the big, beautiful embrace of alpine nature to our guest's front door going on a century now!
If you are hoping for a quaint cabin tucked away in the pines and cedars with vintage mountain charm - a little haven of peace & tranquility, then look no further.
We provide towels, linens, bedding, pillows, and bath soap, and suggest packing some extra toiletries and chattels for your stay. We have prepared this cabin for your arrival and will clean upon your departure - as there is no daily housekeeping.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
**To reduce risk of wildfire during severe weather conditions, Southern California Edison reserves the right to temporarily cut electrical service to its customers, and we have no control over that. Our guests understand that there will be no refunds for power outages or internet/Wi-Fi interruptions and that they'll happily accept the unlikely inconvenience for the sake of preserving our forests!

Q: CAN I INVITE MORE PEOPLE THAN THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED LISTED?
A: Maximum occupancy does not only refer to the number a cabin can sleep, this is also the number of people allowed in the cabin at any given time. It is determined by the licensing authority based on the number of exits and the fire safety codes. San Bernardino County has codes that are strictly enforced.
**Be sure to abide by the maximum occupancy number for the home at all times.
**IF YOU DO NOT ABIDE BY THESE CODE ENFORCEMENT POLICIES:
- Your reservation will be immediately cancelled.
- All deposit and rental fees paid will be forfeited.
- You will be escorted off the premises immediately.
**This cabin is strictly for the specified number of guests on the reservation booking and maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
PLEASE BE SURE to read and review the following important items and the "Guest Manual" on your arrival for additional cabin and guest information.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
**If any of the cabin rules are not adhered to, all guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately and will forfeit the reservation and all rental and deposit fees paid.
**NOISE DISTURBANCES - Please be respectful of all neighbors. Noise travels easily in the mountains & we ask that our guests be respectful of the residents that live nearby.
**Your reservation is for a quiet, relaxing & enjoyable stay!
PLEASE be a good neighbor & avoid Excessive Noise including – Yelling, Stereos, and Loud Conversations when outside on the deck/patios

NOISE: NO PARTIES ALLOWED. QUIET TIME IS BETWEEN 10PM-8AM.
**Alcohol in the possession of minors is not permitted; as well as illegal possession of controlled substances by any guest.
**This is a quiet, residential neighborhood in a forested setting. No outside noise is permitted after 10PM. Our local anti-noise ordinance is strictly enforced.
**If law enforcement officers are called, come to the cabin and completes a substantiated 'Disturbance Report" or similar complaint: EVICTION WILL BE IMMEDIATE AND ALL RENTAL FUNDS INCLUDING SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED. In addition to forfeiture of rental fees paid and security deposit, GUEST WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES ISSUED.
CABIN & GUEST INFORMATION:
• Check-in is after 4:30pm.
• Check-out is by 11am.
**Hosts reserve the right to require government IDs on file for all guests on the itinerary within 24 hours of booking or prior to check-in, whichever is sooner.
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT.
**Agreeing to ALL these terms and conditions, guest assumes full responsibility for risk of personal/property damage or loss during their stay.
TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES AT TIME OF CHECK OUT:
• No damage is done to cabin or its contents. Cabin is to be left in excellent condition, just requiring a standard cleaning.
• No charges are incurred due to damage from pets/animals or smoking during the stay.
• No indoor & outdoor furniture, appliances, household & property contents is damaged or lost.
