The place is beautiful but it is a fire trap . All the rooms are on the top floor with no windows or fire escapes to exit in case of emergency . Elevator takes you to reception but then a steep flight of stairs , where rooms are. If you have luggage can be difficult. Great location and well appointed and some apartments even had trumble beds.

Wonderfully unique ambience in thoughtfully decorated loft suites within upper levels of a historic building of Trieste. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and historic sites of Trieste. The manager could not have been more helpful. Will return again for sure when visiting Trieste.

The best thing is the location The rooms look nice on photo but was not functional. AC in our main bedroom is broken and leaking water. There are several stairs so don't pack too heavy. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, everyone is very polite and kind.

oh my word the rooms were out of this world beautiful! Location was great. We arrived early, knowing we would not be able to check in but wanting to leave our baggage and no one was there! We had to call and the lady came in about 15-20 minutes. Yes she did send an email about check in but traveling does not always give you access to the internet.

Wonderful hidden treasure. This was an absolute gem and a so grateful we found it. Right in the heart of Trieste, the room was spacious, modern, and clean. Mina was incredible, so friendly and open about the area. Can’t say enough nice things. Parking is available on the street, or there are a few pay lots close by. Lots of restaurants and sights to see, all within walking distance. Easily one of our favorite hotels from all of our travels.

Newly renovated apartment in a historical building. Loft style unit on top floor, so not a lot of windows or natural light. Great espresso machine :-). Manager arranged for valet parking upon our arrival. Great location. There is an elevator but there are a couple of flights of stairs to climb at the end, so this would not be great for a handicapped traveler.

Exceptional stay at seven historical suites in Trieste. Manuel provided a smooth check in process and went above and beyond to provide help for us during our stay. The suites are located a short walk 5 - 10 mins to the main piazza, shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful and luxurious. We will definitely be staying again next time we visit Trieste.

This place is a hidden gem in a non-descript building. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and very chic and the bed/bedding was extremely comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants/cafes within walking distance, but the only items in the refrigerator in the room were two bottles of complimentary water. It would have been nice to have at least a few snack options on hand. I would definitely stay here again, if I have the occasion to visit Trieste.
