About this house rental

Summary:
Experience Indy in this fully renovated 4 bedroom family home located in the revitalized Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Downtown Indianapolis. This house is the definition of Luxury with custom designs and furnishings. Relax in this spacious downtown comfort pad. The home is 1.5 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center (5 minute drive). The house is 1 mile from Eli Lilly and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Only 2 miles from Monument Circle. It is a spacious 3,000 square foot home.

The Space:
This House has been fully renovated. Enter with the smart lock through the front door. You will enter into a spacious living room. Next continue to the beatiful kitchen which offers plenty of cabinets, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island with a breakfast bar, and a pantry. See the lovely hardwood floors through the main level, stairs, and upper hallway. There is 1 bedroom on the main floor.
Head upstairs to the oversized master suite with extra closet space and 2 other large bedrooms and laundry upstairs.

Thermostat – The owner has full control of the thermostat. Just let us know what temperature you would like. The Max heat and cool is 70. We do have a window AC unit upstairs as well!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Access is via a smart keypad lock and guests can park on the street out front or on the east side (it's a quiet street so there's usually ample parking). This is a corner house

The Neighborhood:
The House is located in Bates Hendricks neighborhood, west of fountain square and just south of Downtown.

Getting Around:
Walk, Bike, Uber, Scooter, Bus

Other Things to Note:
Thermostat – The owner has full control of the thermostat. Just let us know what temperature you would like. The Max heat and cool is 70. We do have a window AC unit upstairs as well!

Please note that the driveway / garage is temporarily unavailable for guest use. There should be sufficient street parking in front of the house as parking is permitted out front and to the side of the house.
