About this house rental
Of course, we have included the necessities to "work from home' while you are at the guesthouse with dedicated workspaces & robust internet.
The space
You will have access to the whole house which consists of one bedroom with a private deck and one bathroom with tub and shower. The open concept kitchen and living area is packed with amenities. The kitchen has a gas range, air-fryer, microwave and lots of "chef's gear" for baking and cooking for" foodies".
The living room has a comfy conversation sofa and a recliner. Lots of entertainment with musical instruments, a record player and record collection. The TV has Netflix and Hulu, and lots of books in the library.
The bedroom has a queen size gel foam bed and ceiling fan. There is a private deck and view of the barn from the bedroom.
The internet is a robust fiber system---many of our guests work from home, so we have two dedicated workstations---one in the bedroom and one in the living room. There is a printer and basic office supplies
The huge screen porch is a special feature. It has a daybed and big dining table. Access to the full size washer and dryer is off the screen porch. This is also the access to the outdoor kitchen and dining area.
Guest access
Guest has access to the entire home with the exception of one locked room. The outdoor kitchen and dining area and fire-pit are shared with the adjacent guesthouse.
