المكان مو مره فخم عادي

المكيفات سية جدا غيرت عطوني غرفتي وطلع المكيف خربان وقالو نغير غرفتك مقابل مبلغ تقريبن ١٧٠ ريال قلت تم وغيروه وطلع الغرفه جيد ثم بعد ساعتين طفا ثم رحت للرسبشن محصلت احد طلعو كلهم مشو مفيه خدمه اساعة ١١ المساء وكلمت الحارس وقال نام وبكره نعوضك ونشبت لهم وعطوني غرفه ثالثه ولله طلع المكيف حار وتخيلو ممكن يومين منمت الفندق جميل بس مشكلته المكيفات زفت وبعيد عن الفعليات اقرب شي ٤٠ دقيقه و الرسبيشن من بعد اساعة ١١ المساء ميستقبل احد الا اساعة ٧ الصباح المهم المنتجع مهب حلو بقيمت السعر ميسوا ابددددد

جميل وفخم ومريح

النظافه و لطافة الموظفين كانو مررره لطيفين جدا اخذت فله 3 غرفه ومسبح خاص كانت روعه نظيفه وفخمه

هو شي بسيط لكن حبيبت اذكر كثير يسالونك متى الخروج بشكل كثير تقريبا كل يوم تحس انك ضيف ثقيل عندهم .. الموضوع يخبرون النزيل ضروري الخروج في الوقت المحدد والنزيل يتحمل تبعات ذالك من غرامه او رسوم

لا أفضل القدوم مرة أخرى

الفيلا كانت ثلاث غرف

1. فيلا رقم 1 لم يكن فيها خصوصية اطلاقاً حيث يوجد غرف بالجهة المقابلة تطل على الفيلا. 2. الفيلا رقم 3 موحشة جداً وممتلئة بالضفادع والسحالي. 3. لا يوجد خصوصية من عاملات المنتجع حيث انهم يدخلون عليك اذا لم تقم بفتح الباب لهم ويوجد لديهم مفتاح للباب الخارجي والباب الداخلي ايضاً. (تقييم الخصوصية 0/10). 4. جميع العاملين بالمنتجع محترمين و ودودين ماعدا موظفة الاستقبال (يو) تقوم بالتأخر كل مرة تأتي فيها كأنها تجبرك على إعطائها إكرامية. 5. خيارات الافطار محدودة جداً جداً حيث يوجد 5 اختيارات فقط و المناسب للمسلمين 2 فقط. (تقييم الافطار 4/10). 6. يوجد سوبرماركت 7/11 و صيدلية تبعد 10 دقائق مشي من المنتجع. 7. يوجد ماكينة قهوة ولكن لا يوجد كبسولات. 8. لا يوجد مراوح شفط بالحمامات.

Excellent séjour !

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel de l’hôtel est adorable. Plus particulièrement Aew, Prai et Sha qui sont d’une grande gentillesse. Nous avons eu un super accueil. La suite est très belle, propre et bien équipée. La piscine privée est une vraie plus ! Super petit déjeuner. Nous y retournerons !

Nice, Comfy and calm.

The room was nice and as the pictures but i expected the whole venue to have a better zen vibe. However the staff Shah, Pay, Aew, and Plaiwas made it up as they are are very nice and helpful. thank you

Nothing that i didnt like, as the room was really comfy and exactly as the pictures. However, i expected it to be more of a retreat vibe as a whole venue. Location is good and easy access with a motor bike rental and 7/11 right next to it.

Очень отзывчивый и исполнительный персонал, хотя при уборке регулярно забывают положить какие-то полотенца) местоположение при наличии байка очень удобное.

Номера плохо приспособлены для жизни - негде сушить одежду после пляжа, шкаф малюсенький и мало места для вещей, чтобы разместиться вдвоем. Розетки возле кровати в очень странных местах, одна находилась за подушкой, вторая на приличном расстоянии от кровати. То есть кровать поставили явно не так как планировали розетки. Неудобные матрацы и подушки. В ванной нет розеток: ни для фена ни для бритвы или щетки. Часть освещения не работает. Полотенца в плохом состоянии и давно требуют замены. В душе очень плохой напор воды. Подушки на диванах съезжают, когда на них сидишь. Шнур от чайника не дотягивается до стола и поэтому чайник у нас стоял на диване. Нет кофемашины. Кондиционер в номере внизу очень шумный даже на минимальной скорости. Общение с персоналом what’s up не всегда происходит оперативно. Со стороны персонала это общение достаточно навязчивое: завтрак с 07:00 до 11:00 и его необходимо заказывать по меню, меня с 6:55 начали закидывать сообщениями, когда же я закажу завтрак, а потом еще и позвонили и разбудили в 09:00 утра с этим же вопросом. С самого утра слышны посторонние звуки - где-то ремонт, где-то сливается вода и тд. Кондиционер в спортзале совершенно не справляется - температура приходит в норму к окончанию тренировки.

Interesting design but lacked basic facilities in my opinion

Privacy behind the high walls of my apartment enabling me to enjoy the small pool without fear of being overlooked. The staff were always friendly and helpful

Very much a self-help place, suitable only for sleeping, washing and changing. No kitchen facilities, simply a kettle with no coffee or tea supplied although there was a small fridge for storing milk. Thank goodness for a 7/11 store close-by

Ugh, not worth your time in Phuket

Ugh

When booked the Booking had a private pool but when I got there I was told that It is not a private pool, and I will have to pay double what I paid for and upgrade although the hotel was empty… the place was under instruction and was far far away from everything and the pool was public and anyone in the pool can see through my window glass and even with the window curtains down I was still not feeling comfortable. Of course my wife screamed her heart out few times after she saw lizards, and spiders. The door was paper thin and I couldn’t her everything outside.

В целом хороший лофт и персонал, но мелкие поломки немного испортили общее впечатление

Персонал был прекрасный- Быстро реагировал на все запросы, в апартаментах всегда было чисто и уютно. Территория была 24 часа под наблюдением охраны, все работники были отзывчивыми и дружелюбными. Сейф очень хороший, вместительный и надежный.

Практически каждый день в лофте что-то ломалось. Персонал это быстро исправлял, но общее впечатление это испортило. Вода в душе была то горячая, то холодная, затем сломалась кровать и туалет.

Perfect place to stay and treat yourself to some peace of mind

We love this place alot! It’s very comfy and relaxing which was what we needed. The villa give great aesthetic pleasure

Relaxing place

Stayed in a family suite for two nights. It was really comfortable and relaxing with a private swimming pool. Clean, 3 restrooms two with shower and one with washing machine. Kitchen is well equipped. And the most satisfied things the following from the good employees there specially Pay ,Aew and Luck. They are very helpful and they are happy to help you always. More thanks for the chief which one day came to work early to prepare us the breakfast. Because we mentioned that we have early trip . And I like to say thanks to the person responsible for the housekeeping. I really come back to the suite and I found it like when i sign in . I really didn’t have the time to see housekeeping team but thanks for them. Sorry, for writing to much but all this because they deserve this for there professional work.

Comfortable,quiet stay

It was a pleasure to stay me & my family in villa with three rooms. I had fast, early check in. The receptionist team (Pay, Luck, Aew) was very collaporative and I get fast response for what I wanted. The location of the resort is in quiet area, but is easy to get a bolt car, food via foodpanda, and 7/11 market is a walk distance only. Villa style is equiped with all you need like a hotel style. Also cleaning service was great and in daily basis.

Exceptional

The stay was comfortable, the room clean and had a Japanese touch. they are friendly staff and nice for the warm welcome, Excellent service, ... quiet, perfect for relaxation. not far from the beach and shopping area, we order a taxi from the application easily. We will come back to stay again next time. very appreciated and recommend.
