The breakfast was so busy and crowdy that it was almost imbossible to find a table and to get any food. It took forever to wait in lines. A horrible way to start the day. The hotel was also quite noisy and the hallway smelled like weed. They say there are beds for babies. They have the bed but not mattress nor sheets. I don’t know who would but their baby to sleep in a rock hard bed. There’s a subway station near so it’s easy to get to Manhattan but the surrounding area of the hotel doesn’t feel safe.

Free breakfast was good but the parking wasnt free unless you mean the street, if you find one! If not valet parking you have to pay. More than likely i wont go back its too expensive for what u get!

If you are a team of three people and you are planning to sleep on the sofa, better rethink of it. Totally unbearable, although I consider myself an easy to sleep person. If we step aside the sofa, room was satisfactory in terms of aesthetic and functionality. An other disadvantage is the location. No view at all unless your room is somewhere above 10th floor. A constant noice, I couldn't result whether was internal or from the chimneys in front of us. Let alone, the neighboorhood, not at all an easy place to return after sunset. Breakfast not that much of a variety or a quality, satisfactory though. Staff (all but one) willingfull, polite and helpfull! Room cleaning and bed linen change completely satisfactory.

Went to Pokemon Go fest in Randall's Island on Saturday. Enjoyed the breakfast on both days. Only thing i didn't like was trying to get to breakfast on Sunday because the elevators were always full. Also always smelled feint smell of skunkweed in hallways, i know you're a non-smoking hotel and people were probably vaping but i just don't like that smell. But we did have an enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

Looks to have been recently refurnished. A trash/recycle can is placed too close to the bed and has a sharp edge. Got a nasty deep bloody gash on lower leg when hitting it coming out of the bed. Suggested they relocate those receptacles.

This was our first time in New York, and this location was close to the train station. We were able to get around very quickly from this location. The breakfast was always fresh and different daily. I would stay here again. Thank you to all the front lobby/bar kitchen staff, fellas, and ladies for making our vacation an excellent New York experience. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a fabulous time!

Big rooms with equipped kitchen, Excellent for long stays. Very close to Manhattan by subway. Great service Average breakfast, (for non-Americans) :it includes a lot of sugar, not quality coffee and no vegetables at all.

It is super nice and clean ! Rooms are super nice but the only way to get out and around is by lyft/ uber. It does not feel safe at all to walk around at night especially.

The room itself is nice. Clean and tiny. But the area is trashy. In the hotel itself we could smell weed and cigarette from our room, It is noisy as well. I have prefered the Hooboken location by a lot.

There are two attendants at the breakfast, were very rude and lack of customer service. One black woman with short/bob cut hair not tied up at the back, one beard spanish man and one ponytail long hair spanish/could be columbian woman seems to be rude, doesnt smile to the customers, shows up as bossy when ask for anything. Also there should be variety in breakfast. There are people all over the world comes to your hotel, but eggs bacon, sausage all are put together in on the tray, which is not Acceptable. Not all people eat bacon or sausages. There should be more variety in breakfast.same breakfast was served every single day. I found Natasha and Fardin at reception most helpful people. The area or hotel surrounding is full of weird dirty people walking around, at Night it feels scary or not safe. I was okay with the hotel room i got, clean and tidy. I would give 3 and a half star for that. Washroom basin sink's waterflow was very slow but we adjusted, didnt ask for room change. Anyways, overall it was okay and Nice experience.

Staff not professional, I ask for a later check out and was told lasted I could have was 12noon, other properties offer at least a 1 or 2 pm check out. When I asked staff was rude and gave conflicting information. When I was checking out on Sunday the employee mumbled good go home. Staff at this establishment was very rude , I don’t think I will stay there again.
