Located 2 steps from the sea, you can easily access the beach or relax in the enclosed garden.

The house is 100m from the beach and the GR34. The port of Diben is 2 steps away.
In terms of activities, there's a sailing school 4kms away, numerous beaches, the seaside GR34, fishing on foot, boat trips, a golf course 30km away, and local markets throughout the week .

Late arrivals and departures are possible at extra cost .
On arrival, you'll find all you need for your vacation: washing-up liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent and sponges.
Household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, as our customers generally prefer to save this cost, which would be automatically included in the price.

A mandatory \intermediate cleaning" package is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants.
However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it on arrival (kitchen and bathroom clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, garbage cans removed, etc.) the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35€/hour
