The villa boasts three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep. Property was great. Actually better than the pictures in the ad. Knew the location from previous holidays in the area so knew proximity to Boca and Englewood beaches was good. Short drive to Port Charlotte / Punta Gorda. View at the rear of the property was very impressive, plenty of wildlife including birds and a gator, which are common in the waterways around Rotonda. Pool area and accessories were great. Kitchen was well stocked - everythjng you would ever need. Bathrooms were well equipped and high spec and very clean. Primary / master suite was very impressive. All furniture in the living area was top notch. Very nice. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. Extended family were staying in another rental nearby and ours was much nicer.

If relaxation and comfort are what you are looking for, this is the place to stay! I cannot express how happy we were with the accommodations. Limitless! So much to do in the area and amazing restaurants! Best choice we could have made for a relaxing vacation with family. Super clean, extremely well equipped. We were very happy with this vrbo. On line picture were very accurate. House was very clean, and had everything we needed Sweet T responded very quickly to our questions, which made the whole rental experience great Pool was clean and very enjoyable. We would rent this property again.

When I say we loved this home, I mean we LOVED this home. The pool was so fun and clean. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed besides food. There are so many beaches within driving distance and Walmart being close made life easy with 4 kids. On top of all this, the host was wonderful and communicated so well with us. I had to message her late at night, simply to ask a question, and she responded right back. We will absolutely be returning.

We had a great week at this home. The location is close to so many places but we spent most of our time in or around the pool! Places we enjoyed: Stump Pass Beach - peninsula with water on both sides near Englewood beach. There is a daily nominal fee per car to enter the beach but to us well worth it. We snorkeled, easily collected shark teeth and shells at the shore and actually saw dolphins swimming from the beach! Punta Gorda, Fisherman’s Village/Gilchrist Park all an easy drive. Within Rotunda West, Broadmoor Park was an easy walk from the house and we took many walks on the path for our daily exercise. Texas Best BBQ in Englewood had awesome food. As for the home, very comfortable living. The pool is quite large with plenty of room. We spent most of our time outside. The house backs up to a green space with so many song birds it was so relaxing to sit and take it all in. Suggestions: could have used more lounge seating by the pool and the silverware was sparse but there is a dishwasher and we put it to use. Also one of the bikes has a tire that won't hold air otherwise we'd have used them as well. It's a very nice area to explore. Owner was easy to communicate with and checked in to see if we had any questions once we arrived. The blender was missing and she sent one that arrived during our stay which was very sweet. It is a very peaceful place to relax. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful house with everything that we needed. We spent the majority of our time on the lanai enjoying the warmth of the Florida weather! This property is centrally located and it was quick to get to wherever we were going! Would definitely go back!

We were thrilled with SWEETTVILLA! This house was an absolute home run for a VRBO experience. It is located on a lot with a pond like setting and no one behind you. The house is updated, roomy and extememly clean. Our hostess, Tammy, was a delight to work with. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to be in this quiet southwest Florida area. We were there while we were working on our condo that was damaged in Ian. This allowed us a great place to unwind and be extemely comfortable while we were in town. Do not overlook this one!

This place is amazing, and definitively, our one week stay was not enough! This house is extremely clean, and very well located in Rotonda West, only a couple of minutes from Englewood beach. Also very well equipped, bicycles, beach chairs, etc, everything in a perfect condition. The private heated pool was also fabulous, very well oriented, we can swim and watch hundred species of birds, the backyard is located by the canal. I definitively recommend this very nice place in Rotonda West!

This was a Girls Trip to celebrate the 4th of July holiday. We could not have asked for more. The house is just lovely. Beautifully decorated rooms. Wonderful covered pool. All the amenities we could need. Sweet T Villa is the place to stay!!

We went down to check out the Rotonda west/ Englewood area as we had never been to that area. Englewood Beach was great, the house we stayed in was great, and Tammy was great as well. Definitely would recommend staying at the sweettvilla!! Pool was great and kept us comfortable in the 100 + weather. We went with two college age girls and they never once complained about being bored!! Pretty much says it all!! We will definitely be back to the area and would absolutely stay at Tammy's place again!!
