This reverse-level property consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms both reside on the ground-floor and comprise of a double with TV and en-suite shower room and a family room with king-size and a bunk, TV and en-suite shower room, along with a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear, multi-level garden with furniture, and parking is available. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 44 Above Town is a lovely base for your next adventure in Devon. Note: Property is access via a set of stairs and sloping pathway, which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: No children under the age of one years old.

There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town.
