Villa Mes Amis is a truly exceptional property located in the Terres Basses area of St Martin. This unique villa boasts an impressive 13 bedrooms and is situated on a sprawling estate spanning 5 acres.
Perched high on a cliff, Villa Mes Amis offers unbelievable sunset and ocean views. The property features two heated pools, multiple terraces with breathtaking vistas, a cliff-top Jacuzzi, and a fitness room, ensuring that guests have plenty of options for relaxation and enjoyment.
Each of the bedrooms in the villa is accompanied by its own en-suite bathroom, with seven of them also featuring an outdoor shower. This blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the surroundings.
In addition to the main villa, there is a secondary villa down the path with three additional bedrooms, offering even more space and privacy.
