My husband and I stayed at the Little Pinecone for IMLP. The location and space were great. Downtown/Olympic Oval were walking distance but the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. The new rail trail was right by the property as are many great restaurants. The space was perfect for the two of us and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Would definitely recommend

Very comfortable apartment in great location near bike trail and walks to restaurants. The only hiccup was : check in instructions were obsolete and we spent time looking for keys in the wrong place

Was so impressed with this stay, the property had everything you need to feel right at home, all the cooking supplies to cook if you wanted to, towels well stocked, toiletries, it had it all. On top of that all the blankets and multiple tv's to stay in for a little rest and Netflix. The location was even better, walking distance to town and close drive in if you were feeling tired, walking distance from trails if you wanted to do a morning hike. The host was nothing but helpful and welcoming which really made this one of the best stays I have had at a Vrbo.

This was truly a cozy apartment. It was conveniently located to Main Street (a quick drive) and the plaza with a Hannaford supermarket. We appreciated how well the apartment held heat (especially for those cold nights). A few other Pros: The bedding was incredibly comfortable, lots of plush towels/washcloths, plenty of drawers if you wanted to unpack, and we really appreciated the stamped toilet paper (nice touch 😉). The apartment came with solid appliances and the welcome manual was very detailed (including manuals for appliances). There were an assortment of seasonings, very sharp knives (rare finds in rentals), and great cooking utensils. We also appreciated the assortment of board games. While there are many pros, we do have some feedback. Unfortunately, the Bose soundbar didn’t work for us (genuine shame). We also encountered a few dirty dishes in the cupboard (a lip stick stained glass and dried food bits on a pan). It was an easy clean and didn’t completely deter from the experience. In the kitchen, it would be helpful to have hooks/handles on the drawers in the kitchen (especially the lower right hand accordion cabinet when facing the sink) as they were hard to grip at times. Our last bit of feedback; though we appreciated the coat rack in the bedroom and coat hooks in the front door closet, a closet with a pole or a garment rack to use hangers would've been nice. Overall, this was an excellent stay and we look forward to coming back. Thanks for having us!
