We had a wonderful stay in Rockport, this home was great, it was very comfortable, and it has a lot of character! The neighborhood was private and quiet. Malikkah went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed.

The host was very responsive. The property was a great central location. The house was charming, comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great place and location! Super fast communication with host. Everyone enjoyed Only problem was the pull out sleeper couches super uncomfortable. Suggest having maybe foam gel toppers could have them stored rolled up under couches. Definitely would make a difference. Other then had a good time!

This house was in a great location in a quiet street but close to town. It was decorated beautifully and well stocked with everything you’d need. Some things were a little trickier with little kids- steep narrow staircase to the upstairs, high dining chairs, and lots of decor/breakables within toddler reach. Overall though it’s a cute little house in a good location for exploring Rockport.

The little house in Rockport is cute and very cozy - my husband felt a little cramped in the bathroom and negotiating the stairs. The location is terrific - quiet yet close to whatever activities one might wish to do. Grocery shopping is convenient as well. The addition of the washer and dryer will be a nice addition as would an ironing board and iron.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for walking to Bear Skin Neck, the train station, and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The house was clean, cute, and supplied with everything we needed. After a long day of exploring the area, which is beautiful, we enjoyed playing the games provided and listening to some records. It was a very nice home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a super cute house. The prooerty owner stayed in touch and checked on us often. We had the best time and would definitely stay again!

Overall we were satisfied with the property. Only negative with the house was the bathroom. Bathroom was very small, the toilet butt up against the bathtub and the sink area wasn’t wide enough.. but the property was priced fairly. Also the living room could of had more more comfortable furniture.

Older home with a lot of charm. Located close to everything easy walking area. Can’t wait to go back.

We very much enjoyed the location of this house for our 2 night stay with our 2 children. We walked to Bearskin Neck and Front and Back beaches. The house itself had some cute decor, but some updates are be needed for it to be priced as it is. The towel hanger on the bathroom door wouldnt allow the door to close and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it stays moist. The sink area is also very cramped with hardly any elbow room. The toilet sits right up next to the tub so anyone other than children need to spread their legs when sitting or you're basically in the tub. The tub also doesn't stop up, so we couldn't use it for a bath. Ample towels/linens were provided! We appreciated the air conditioners and they kept the house comfortable, but most of them were dirty when we arrived. I wiped down the blades, but there was dirt or mold inside that I couldnt reach. The house itself and sheets seemed clean. The beds were comfortable. The couches are not super comfortable, so fyi if you're planning on having someone sleep there. The stairwell to go upstairs is pretty narrow/steep and I imagine someone older would struggle, but we were ok. Tables and chairs in kitchen and DR felt rickety and uncomfortable. We loved all of the candles throughout and the access to streaming services on TV. Wifi was great. Overall: cute place, great location, nice host, but definitely some more updates needed otherwise it seems overpriced.

Beachy charming… clean and walking distance to shops and restaurants in quaint Rockport

Cute charming home, in a quiet setting but easy walk into the main shopping/dining area of Rockport and bearskin neck. Neighbors were friendly. Keep in mind this is an older home that has been updated, the stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms are a bit steep, easy to navigate for most but maybe not for someone who has trouble with stairs. I really can’t think of anything else I would ‘warn’ anyone about. The house was perfect for our family of 4, dog friendly. Easy to access, great location. Owner/manager was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves!!

Excellent location just up the hill from Bearskin Neck. I cannot fault a single thing about the accommodations provided except to say, this is not a house for people with mobility issues, as the bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs and the staircase is rather steep. These are things the property owner cannot change and otherwise, the house is a bargain for 6 people. A family with young kids, especially would love it.

Quiet home with a cute yard for coffee and reading. Very close to downtown rockport and bearskin neck. Very clean and the suit provided dog bowls, towels, chargers and lots of other items for a perfect stay. The AC units worked great. Thanks!

Our family of 5 had plenty of space in a cozy setting! Great communication with host and we felt very welcome. It wasn’t overly hot while we were there but the window units on the main floor and in each bedroom was still appreciated! The easy walk to Bear Skin Neck and the beaches was the unanimous family favorite!

The house is very well equiped and decorated. Our kids had a lot of fun, we enjoyed walking downtown and going on the beach near the house. It’s a very cozy place where we would be happy to go back with our family. Thanks !

The host was great, very accommodating and responsive! The house is a short walk to front beach and shopping at nearby stores. Location is easy to get to and yet offered privacy off the main street. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. House was clean and very nicely decorated. We had a great trip!

Located within walking distance of downtown. House was a bit dated, but well supplied and adequate for a weekend stay.

Had a wonderful, if short, stay at this quaint home. Great communication with the host. Beautiful place and a short walk away from the town center and beaches. Highly recommended! Hope to come back soon.
