Not a very nice place to stay, but if the price was cut in half maybe the value would over calm the short commings. No cable tv, mis matched furniture and appliances, college dorm feel, etc. Sits on a busy road a long walk from anything in a slightly sketchy neighborhood. Positives, a fenced back yard and no dog fees. In fact that's the primary reason we stayed there.

The home was roomy and clean. We could all come together and have our own space.

Great house… plenty of room to sleep and even to put air mattresses if needed. Easy location and nice big fenced in back yard. Worked perfectly for our extended family to stay while we fished Big Rock this year!

We loved how it is a private home and not an apartment like house. It was perfect time from the beach, and very cozy and home like feeling! We will be back to this home!

Lots of room for our part of 6. It is older and outdated but clean for the most part. One of the comforters was COVERED in dog fur which made us question cleanliness of beds. Luckily we found an extra comforter in the closet to use. Staff came the next day to change batteries in door lock and pick up the dog fur comforter.

Very clean house. Nice big backyard with fence. Our dog loved it. The toilet in the hallway bathroom is not bolted down. One of the lamps in the living room isn't working. We tried changing the bulb with no luck. There are no instructions for the 3 temotes in the living room. The house is leaning towards the center. There is no dishwasher. Nice towels.

We like the house. The fenced in yard was great for our dog to roam a little. House was comfy. Do have a few suggestions. We had no idea when trash pickup was coming. So, our bin was over full but it was at the curb the whole time. It would be great to post pickup days & recycling instructions on the refrigerator. It would be good to also post what clean up needs to be done by guest. We removed all the trash in the house before we left. I did find instructions to leave sheets on bed. But nothing on the dirty towels so we left them by the washer.
Please don’t take this as complaints. Just useful information to do our part of keeping house clean.
We loved the area and plan to come back. The location was great. It was near most of the things we planned to do.

We booked this house for our mini family summer vacation before my sons started back to school. We rented it for 3 nights. It’s a very convenient location for all the main attractions, very close to front street which is where the ferry takes off from and the pirates revenge ship. I’d highly recommend doing both as my kids ages 8 & 13 enjoyed them. The house is an older house and is very spacious. Only bad things I’d say about it is the chairs to the dining table in kitchen were pretty dirty on the metal part, there were quite a few crickets inside the house we seen daily however they would almost immediately die so they wouldn’t chirp we just would have to pick them up and discard them so they must spray for them, the sliding glass door was pretty dirty and the bed in the master bedroom wasn’t comfortable at all and barely big enough for me and my husband to sleep comfortably on. Other then those few things we really enjoyed our stay as the covered porches and fenced in back yard was nice. Also there was a splash pad/park behind the house within walking distance for kids. This house definitely has an older home feel to it but overall we really enjoyed our stay here and will book again if we come back in the future. Also we didn’t use the washer and dryer (it’s an older set)but noticed there was a sign on the dryer that said to keep water in the dryer bucket and the bucket itself was pretty disgusting looking, however I’ve never seen that before. Would come back. ☺️
