Framing the views, a large private deck comes furnished for outdoor living, with a wood-burning firepit in the yard for scenic evening gatherings with the occasional views of the northern lights! You'll have access to 100 miles of lakeshore for fishing, swimming, and water skiing with the marina only a two minute drive from the home. There's even a fish cleaning station at the home for any lucky anglers bringing home a fresh catch! A nearby marina and boat ramp offers convenient water access with a marina store. Local wildlife fill the area with horses, bighorn sheep and more.

Luxe leather sofas, an ambient electric fireplace, and a smart TV set the scene for casual downtime in the living room. The gorgeous full kitchen comes well-appointed for gourmet mealtime inspiration, along with a BBQ grill.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with five security cameras: 1 Ring doorbell located on the garage door facing the street; 1 located on the back garage door facing toward the home entryway on the left side and the lake; 1 located on a post of an overhang by the entrance gate on the right side of the home facing the street; 1 is located on the shed inside the gate facing the walkway; 1 is on the basement wall located just beneath the main deck, also facing the lake.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
