The space
An updated, contemporary country cottage, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers the perfect opportunity to rest and recharge in a picturesque setting among the hills of Litchfield County, Connecticut.
Gourmet kitchen includes a Wolf oven / range, industrial hood, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), and enough space for you to cook / bake to your heart's desire!
Down a private hallway off the kitchen lies the en suite Master bedroom and includes a large walk-in closet. Upstairs, there are 2 large guest bedrooms with a shared full bathroom in between.
In addition to the expansive dining room, the first floor offers three living spaces: a cozy den, an inviting parlor with a wood-burning fireplace, and the great room + library.
The unfinished, walk-out basement, includes a small gym with a Peloton Bike+, Concept2 rowing machine, bench + dumbbells, and yoga mats.
