- Kindly note this is a newly built neighborhood, still under construction. You will find different houses across the community which are still in process of being finished, therefore, workers, materials and machine constructions are constantly located in the area.
- Incomplete landscaping in the front/backyard which requires time to be finished.

One of the cottages at Mauna Olu is located in a gated community with 24 hours security.
This home away from home has a lot to offer with beautiful beaches, local snorkeling, and eateries all within a 10-minute drive.
QUIET TIME:
This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.
PARKING:
Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

Surrounded by the majestic Mt. Ka’ala and the Waianae Mountain Range.

I really enjoyed my stay here with my family. The gated community is ~50 minutes from the airport but views are totally worth the drive..
Houses are brand new and still building in the neighborhood... Lots of peacocks while walking the neighborhood

Overall this was a 5-Star stay in Waianae with a minor downside of lack of furniture in the backyard to enjoy the sunny weather. House is clean and well equipped with a great view on the ocean. Totally recommended!

We enjoyed the amenities of the house. One gate keeper was exceptional. The power did go out one evening I did not like the area where the home is located. There weren’t very good restaurants in the area. The beaches were concerning as many of them had squatters living there. Road construction caused some difficulty.

Marbella was a great VRBO!! Roomy and perfect for my family of six!! Fabulous vacation!!

It was very comfortable stay, everything was clean and new. With a car, shopping and beaches were within half hour.
