About the area:
- If you love nature and the outdoors, Palm Coast is for you. This laid-back beachside community is located between historic St. Augustine and world-famous Daytona Beach and there’s plenty to see and do. We are within minutes of grocery stores and all the common chain restaurants you have at home, plus many local favorites. Within 15 miles you’ll find Marineland, one of Florida's first marine mammal parks, where you can swim with dolphins and interact with all sorts of marine life, and Washington Oaks State Park known for its unique shoreline of coquina rock formations along the Atlantic Ocean. Check out nearby Long Creek Nature Preserve by canoe or kayak and be sure to visit one of several small beach accesses that feature cinnamon-colored sand and coquina rock only found in this area of Florida.
- If you like to jog, walk or bike, this area abounds with over 130 miles of nature trails throughout the city and along the river.
- For golf enthusiasts, the area offers several great public golf courses and many private ones that offer seasonal memberships.
-For the children (dogs and adults), besides our beautiful beaches, James Holland Memorial Park features a play area with slides, bridges and ladders, a climbing wall, a zip line, an archeological digging area, sandpit, and treehouse. There’s even a dog park, covered pavilions, and courts galore: tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball, sand volleyball and horseshoe pits.
-Flagler Beach is about 20 minutes south on A1A and is the county’s ‘beach town’ with ocean view restaurants and shopping.
-History lovers will love visiting historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in America, just a quick 25 miles north. The city has a European flavor, with centuries-old buildings, horse-drawn carriages, hidden courtyards, forts and of course the Fountain of Youth. History not your thing, then hang out at St. Augustine Beach where you’ll find beautiful white sandy beaches with lots of shopping and restaurants. About the same distance south, you can drive on the beach at World-famous Daytona Beach.
When we first visited Palm Coast, we fell in love with the proximity of all the stores and restaurants, the quiet neighborhood, and the short drives to the wonderful beaches and all the other things to do and see around the area. We hope you will too.

Because we didn't have any idea of what we would find when we arrived at 46 Baltimore, we were unsure of how things would go. When we arrived and walked into the home, it was as if our dream of a great time and getaway with our children (ages in their 50's) would be all we had thought of. Our son and daughter-in-law flew in from Colorado and our daughter and significant-other would be with us. This lovely home with the three bedrooms worked out so nicely AND THE POOL was fantastic. Our kids were in the pool from daylight to dusk. With the heat as it was, they were "cool as a cucumber." It was so nice to relax -- just the six of us.
We were all sorry that we had to leave--but there's always next year.

The house was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was located in a perfect place for us to do day trips. We loved sitting outside in the screened porch. It was the best place to sit and relax after a day of walking. Would stay again if ever back visiting the area.

We had a wonderful time. We have rented Vrbos before but this was the best by far. I was amazed at how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. I definitely over packed. Everything you could possibly need is there. Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, even Febreze. I hardly used anything I brought! I highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

This was a vacation for 4 generations of our family from different locations around the county. The rental and check in process was the easiest I have ever experienced and the owners are fantastic. The house was very clean and organized with plenty of room. The house was stocked with everything needed, just bring your own food for meals. They even provided snacks and bottles of water. My whole family was impressed with the house and the neighborhood. We are planning on making this an annual event. I think this place deserves a 6th star, we will be back.

This home is beautiful and affords all the comfort of home. This host has thought of everything! Communication skills were excellent. The home was immaculately cleaned and decorated to perfection! Pool was very clean and clear. Our only issue was distance to the beach…..if it could have been within walking distance it would have been perfect. Would stay again, no question. Thank you Rachel it was a pleasure staying in your home!

Our purpose was to relax and that hit the nail on the head. Our host was lovely and the house had a lot of little extras we weren’t expecting.
We had a great time staying there in Palm Springs.

Great accommodations! Comfortable beds! Centrally located for what we wanted to do. Nice neighborhood. Left us a few treats that were great- saved us running out to get something esp when we first arrived.

The Home is extremely clean and well stocked for EVERYTHING you will need. Couldn't be easier to check in and set up the tv/wifi. We really liked the area and especially Flagler Beach. Rachel was very pleasant to communicate with and VERY responsive to any questions. NOT ONE SINGLE COMPLAINT. Watch out , the knives are the sharpest I've ever handled (but I took a picture of them to buy my own set lol). I wish it had been warmer as we would have loved to use the pool. It was super nice looking. However just sitting out near it with 75 degree days in late February can't be beat! We would HIGHLY recommend this property to anybody looking to stay in the area. All the people we met coming to the home or walking the streets were also super nice. Everyone in the family was impressed. Nice job .

My wife and I stayed here for several weeks and really loved it. Let me start out by saying we have been in many VRBO places and this one probably was the best we have stayed in.
First the location is decent. The neighborhood wasnt bad, people seemed friendly but yet seemed to keep to themselves and were quiet.
The house itself was really nice. You could tell everything was clean, re-redone and brand new. All the furniture including the beds are new and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. All of it was new, clean, well organized and labeled. If you have OCD, this kitchen is perfect. There was even a welcome tray of snacks and water on the counter when we came in. It was all well thought out plus dog treats, dog toys and other extra items in case you needed them.
It was still nice to chill out in the screened in area. The grill was brand new and we cooked it up several times.
The owner was very accommodating. You get an entry code and communication was great. One of the smoke detectors was an issue and she had someone come out asap to fix it and they were really nice. On top of that, halfway through our stay she had her cleaning crew come back and clean the house. That was really nice.
The only issue was the internet was a tad slow. This is NOT the fault of the owner as fiber is coming soon and we could still stream on the Roku TV but there is no provided service so I brought my Chromecast to connect to it.
Overall this place gets 5 stars!

Love love love this house and host. Very clean, fully stocked ( better than my kitchen at home) and quiet neighborhood. The home is new construction clean and close to everything you may need. Rachel has everything you will need along with a great handbook to let you know how everything works. If I could give this house 6 stars I would.

The property was as described in the listing and they had all of the perfect touches to make it a really comfortable stay. Thank you for having a keurig with a pot option...that made my day and the kiddos enjoyed the pool! It is close to a lot of things but tucked into a quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely loved this home! It was super clean, located in a great neighborhood. The lanai area looking at the pool was our favorite place to spend time drinking tea, reading, napping! They provide every little thing you could possibly need. The kitchen accessories and bathroom toiletries were abundant and well thought out. They are all star hosts!!

Amazing stay!!!
Stayed here with my spouse and my daughter. Neighborhood was super quiet and safe. Check in was simple and easy. Property was absolutely beautiful! Exactly as listed! Owners left cute little extras that went above and beyond like snacks, sunscreen and Kcups (cute little coffee/donut shop right down the road too). Beds were comfy and had all the necessities of home. The entire place was immaculate, including the pool. The pool and outside area was my daughters favorite part and made for a beautiful place to have coffee in the morning. Little drive to the beach but totally worth it. Owners even had chairs, umbrellas and toys for the beach (my daughter loved the skim board!). Everything was close by, including lots of restaurants. We Uber eats dinner one night and had tons of options there too. Absolutely will be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!
