Nestled just 500m from the beach, this beautiful home offers the perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. The chef's kitchen, complete with a walk-in butler's pantry and modern amenities, allows you to enjoy cooking or entertaining at your convenience.
The expansive living area features a cozy fireplace, while the covered outdoor dining area, equipped with outdoor heating, electric screens and a built-in gas BBQ, sets the scene for year-round entertaining.
You'll have access to a solar-heated concrete pool, perfect for relaxation after a beach stroll. The master bathroom, with a freestanding stone bath, creates a spa-like retreat.
Young and young-at-heart will adore the back level garden and trampoline. Additionally, complimentary surfboards, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear ensure endless fun by the coast.
Home is designed to capture the ocean breeze, however there is also air-conditioning in the main living and fans in all bedrooms, if needed during the warmer days.
To ensure a serene environment and our home, strictly no parties. For your convenience, we can arrange a professional cleaner and include pool maintenance.

All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and we can provide a portable cot and highchair upon request.
