Clean and convenient. Great location for our 1 night stay.

Self-service motel on the edge of Torrey. Clean, comfortable, convenient location. No-frills, just a nice place to base camp for your Capitol Reef adventures.

Our first experience with a clerk-less motel and it was just fine. No issues at all. The room was very clean and comfortable. Roku type TV was different for us, but we were not in Torrey to watch TV. The view from the patio chairs is very nice and relaxing. We will stay here again if/when we return to Torrey. Local restaurants were great too.

Discovered dead cockroach in bed. Door code didn’t work. Shower was painfully strong. Coffee maker hadn’t been emptied and the coffee supplied was terrible. Just about adequate for one night stay but grossly overpriced

The motel is fairly spartan and there is no staff on site. That being said, it’s clean and convenient and the check in via text is very smooth. I would stay here again.

Room was big and clean,as described in the photo. The bad part is that no one was there and we did not receive room number and key code: we had to call 3 numbers before reach a person who finally gave us our code at 5pm, so in time for our check-in. They should update their contact number in order to get in contact easier

Great location for our hikes. Clean

Super clean, very cozy. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. Just needed a one night stop on the way across the country and this was perfect for us. Joe was super responsive Ava helpful!

Very quiet and low key. Room was super clean and even though no front desk staff everything worked as they said and it was flawless. Will stay here again for sure next time

This was a basic no-frills motel, but it was clean and 10 minutes away from Capitol Reef. Restaurants and everything in town was within a few minutes’ drive time. TV had Roku. Easy checkin/out with keypad. There is no one on-site at the office, but they have a phone there available to call someone. I never needed to. My door code was texted to me before arrival. I placed one of the towels over the chair to sit down at the table, because the chairs had very old carpet covering with stains. Some things could be updated within the room. The A/C did work, it just seemed like it didn’t regulate consistently at times. This is truly motel-style, and there is poor wall insulation, so you will hear your neighbors. Bring earplugs if you are noise-sensitive.

We had issues with parking but that is primarily other guests fault. 1 of the bedrooms sheets had a stain but it wasn’t too bad and seemed very clean so I did not let it bother me. Overall the location is awesome for visiting so many great areas close by, and you have a few options if you wish to dine in Torrey itself.

I so wanted to have a positive experience at this motel. I love the simplicity of parking in front of our room. No pool.
No kids. Just what we wanted. Unfortunately, the room had a smell. There was no carpet so it was not that. It had to come from the mattress, bedding. We sat outside on the colorful chairs with the door open for a couple hours. It helped a little.

Was a great stop close by Capitol Reef.

It was a self-check in motel! We had a hard time getting into our roo. None of the codes worked but after multiple trips to their phone we finally go in!!! Would we stay again? Yes we would!!

Very nice motel. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

2 concerns: The parking lot is covered in pea gravel - not good for heavy motorcycles, and the bathtub took forever to drain after a shower.

Clean, quiet room with comfortable bed.

A delightful throwback roadside motel in a friendly tiny town.

Part of a longer trip this location was ideal in Torrey as we made our way between National Parks.

Spacious room. Clean and great check in. They text us our pass code and never had to go to office.

Easy check-in process and excellent place to stay between park visits!

Liked the keyless entry. Clean pleasant room. Parking right in front of door. Walls a little thin. There was a thunderstorm in the early morning hours and I could hear the frightened child in the next room. Great location in a pretty little town.

This place has been completely remodeled and they did not forget anything. Nice hardwood floors. New toilet and tub, new sink, new beds with the fluffiest blankets and sheets. The a/c heater is brand new and will freeze you if that's what you want. I even saw a extra plug in heater under the sink. A hair dryer and a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. I have traveled in MANY different places. THIS one is the best I have ever stayed in. Hands down.

I liked that It was an old school in drive rite up to the door, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the place was clean.

Excellent motel for the price. Quiet and very clean, which is exactly what we were looking for. Looking forward to staying again next time we are in Torrey.

Very comfortable bed with clean room. Everything made for a good night rest on our journey. Would definitely book a room again. Initially I didn’t understand the check in process. Expedia indicated that we would receive an email 24 hours in advance of our stay. We didn’t receive an email but instead the management sent a text message the morning of our stay. Once we read the text message, the check in process went smoothly. All in all it was an excellent experience.

I read the online reviews before booking our stay. What a gem! The virtual check in was easy and drama free. Our twin queen room was fresh, clean and bright! There were thoughtful touches everywhere to make room feel comfortable and cozy. The beds were the best of our trip and there was plenty of hot water. Although the motel is located on route 24, the room was quiet. There were a number of great restaurants nearby and the entrance to Capitol Reefs was a quick 10 minute drive. Love this motel!

Self Service motel. Check in is easy. They send you code. Hotel room is comfortable. Clean. Room is updated. Tv. Wifi. Refrigerator. Microwave. Coffee maker (no sugar). The only thing I didn't like was 10am checkout. Why? Does the maid need 5 hours to clean 12 rooms?

Very clean and comfortable property, seems to be recently renovated, lots of a great small touches that'll make your stay more comfortable. Conveniently located close to the national parks. My only suggestion for improvement is the wall mounted air conditioning / heating system can be updated as it is loud and can be disturbing (but still functional). Overall, we had an excellent stay, would recommend and would stay again - 8.5/10.

This turned out to be a fantastic stay.
Super clean and what a view of the mountains across the street. The check in process turned out to be really simple.
I will definitely stay here again.
