Met all our needs. Clean and communication with owner top notch.

The internet did not really work the entire week, so to watch a movie or kids play on their phones in our downtime was not happening and was frustrating, but the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to make/eat a meal, which was so helpful! The beds were all nicely made and comfortable! Which is huge when you’re staying away from home!! Overall we had a nice stay here!

At first I thought this was a bad deal, but once inside the property it was ideal for what I needed. The home was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The property was located in close proximity to all the things we wanted to do. For the price, you can't beat it. I would definitely stay again. The property manager was very attentive, thanks Dan.

With a last minute change of plans, my friends and I had to quickly find somewhere to stay over the holiday, and this place did not disappoint! We absolutely loved the walkability of the neighborhood and appreciated clear communication from the host. I would definitely stay here again!

We came to St Loius for concert. The house was great. We were able to uber to Bush St

While this property is conveniently located, the space itself leaves a lot to be desired. Upon booking I was asked to complete a booking agreement, which I did. On the day of our visit one hour before check in I received another form which indicated was required before I received check in instructions. The form required a passport ID or drivers license ID number AND uploaded photo. I have never been asked to provide this type of information for any previous bookings. Upon submission I was expecting to receive check in instructions but only received check out instructions and had to email the host requesting instructions for check in. The host did reply promptly with that information. We had some difficulty finding the property and parking as it is down an alley and there was an event going on blocking some of the nearby streets. The property itself was relatively clean though I did not feel comfortable walking around without shoes. They provide the absolute bare minimum in ammenities. I would describe the property as sufficient but far from cozy. We were only staying one night on our way through town and would not have wanted to stay longer.

It’s close to the highway so it’s easy to get to things in St. Louis. The neighborhood doesn’t seem like the best but I had no issues with anything. The property itself is pretty good. While I wouldn’t call it stunning, it was perfectly satisfactory. Would be nice if there was the option to enter through the back door considering that’s where the parking is. Pillows weren’t very comfortable, didn’t have hand soap by the sinks, and could use a little more seating in the living room area other than just the one couch. But it works for a short stay

We had several issues. First of all the day we arrived we got inside and checked all doors and windows. The window in the back of the house in the 4th bedroom did not lock. We notified the owner and he said he would send someone to fix it the next day. We gave permission for handy man to come in and fix window. No one came and window was not fixed when we returned that evening. When I text the owner he said ahhh I’m sorry to hear that but did nothing. So we slept another night with the window not locked. Scary. There are two gates and a creepy alley you have to go through to get to front door to unlock it. The gates are junk and you have to practice body slam them to open them. The beds weren’t made and the linens were folded but randomly dropped on the beds. There was only 8 towels and 4 wash clothes for a house that sleeps 12 people. It was not overly dirty but not kept up very well. Just disappointing and inconvenient.

The sleeping space met our needs considering only 7 of our 10 stayed there (and we didn't have to worry about top bunk sleeping). We were able to work with the 2 restrooms. The kitchen amenities were adequate. We could have used more seating like a loveseat to sit comfortably while watching TV. The place could use cleaning around the walls/baseboards, small fixtures in one closet, and the bottom floor toilet paper holder. The Vrbo app was not allowing me to log in so I could not reach the host to help with TV login which was a little disappointing. Overall it was good enough for our 3-night stay.

The property was in a good location. Just one block away from nightlife and fun.

First, St. Louis was great, and the location was convenient to the activities we went to see. However, it was definitely not "stunning." The check-in process was full of warnings of additional fees. It made a very negative impression and I was concerned that we would be charged for something extra. We were extremely careful to follow all their rules but immediately upon leaving we were charged a large sum of money for some damage we had not done. In addition, the apartment was not well stocked. We were unable to use the pans because the non-stick coating came off in the food. The can opener didn't work so we had to open a can with a bottle opener which was extremely inconvenient. There was one old sofa for an apartment that slept 12. There were chiggers on the back porch so we had to keep the kids away from there. The dishwasher and freezer were terrible to try to use. There were no kitchen towels, oven mitts, and other items that should have been provided. The house was extremely noisy - coming down the stairs and opening the front door would wake up people during the night. Also - the WIFI was essentially unusable. I connected it to my phone but had to turn it off every time I really wanted to use my phone. Others had the same issue. Very disappointed.

Walking distance to the grove. Easy to find. Good parking. Quick access to 64 and 44.

This location has the WOW factor!! Such a peaceful area filled with inspiration and love ❤️. My family and I enjoyed this home away from home ❤️ The host was so accommodating and communication was everything! Highly recommend 👌

Linens were clean, but that's about it. Dirty floors and bathrooms, with adult themed party favors strewn about the floor from the previous guests. Host has been unresponsive to repeated inquiries. Noticed on Zillow that the property is for sale, so the host has probably stopped caring.

Great house, great location, only wish was that we could’ve gotten the check in information earlier than an hour before for planning purposes but everything was phenomenal!

We had a wonderful stay, beds were super comfortable and blankets were amazing. The house was located in the perfect spot for where we wanted to be.

This property is in downtown St. Louis near the Botanical Gardens. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. It is an art neighborhood and we could walk to several little restaurants. We had a wonderful time and the townhome met our needs for our family wedding weekend.
4.4
Property was clean and in what felt like a safe neighborhood. plenty of space. Communication with owner was fine.
The property felt a bit sad. Beds were comfortable but furniture could be updated. freezer wouldn't open. pots and pans for cooking were really not good... entire place could use a fresh coat of paint. beds had duvets and comforters on them but not put together. i spent the first hour of our stay zipping comforters in to duvet covers. We also walked in one of the afternoons after being gone for a few hours and the entire first floor reeked of weed ... not sure if it was neighbors or ?
The small touches we have found in other properties weren't provided here. salt and pepper. board games. extra pillows and blankets. etc.
But giving 4 starts because the home was very clean and safe which is what we care most about.

Location was good, house was clean. Got there early and was going to be charged $75 to check in early even though the house was ready.

Other than the very noisy floors/stairs, this is a nice property. It is located very close to all the tourist attractions, which was very nice. Its very close to a number of coffee shops and nightlife too. The property manager was very responsive to questions.
4.4
Easy to get to and a comfortable place to sleep. We were only there for 1 night but the host was very quick to respond. No problems and would stay again.

The house was overall clean and had the necessities so you didn’t have to buy extra at the store. Area was perfect for what we had planned. Recommend staying here if your looking for a cozy comfy place.

My sister and I brought our children and my husband to St. Louis on a last minute trip to see family. I booked the day before- they were very responsive and kind. I’m thankful it was so easy to book whereas it could have been chaotic!! The home was just as pictured, a great space, and a nice quaint backyard. I love that there was parking so I didn’t have to worry about that.

Property was clean and spacious as advertised. Overall great experience!
