Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom and ocean view bedroom with stunning views of the cove and a sliding door opening to a balcony, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea as you watch the sun rise over the peninsula.
Come to Bailey Island this summer and fall (to see the gorgeous foliage) and enjoy this wonderful condo right in the heart of the island and close to all this seaside community has to offer! Spend all day basking in the sun, go for a swim in the cove, launch your boat or kayak in the cove from the beach and explore the coast, take a walk to the local stores and restaurants, or take a drive to explore the surrounding coastal areas (Brunswick (15 min), Freeport (30 min), Portland (1hr), or Boothbay (1hr)) offering a variety of restaurants, stores, and activities. The opportunities for adventure are endless and I'm sure this comfortable condo will keep you coming back year after year!

Laundry - The condo does not have a washer and dryer, but there are several laundromats in Brunswick, just 15min away.
Smoking - Smoking is prohibited.
