Lavender House is a newly refurbished three-bedroom Victorian Terrace with many original features. The accommodation is spacious for 5 guests and offers access to ample on street parking and includes a small rear garden area.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed
Shower Room: (2 Steps), Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available on request. Enclosed garden. Bike store. On road parking. No smoking indoors or outdoors. Please note: This property is not suitable for events or parties. . Lavender House is located in Earby a small, friendly town on the Lancashire and Yorkshire border. The town was mentioned in the Domesday Book as ’Eurebi’ in the manor of Thornton. The old village lies away from the main road, close to the stream which powered a 12th-century mill, hence the name Mill Brow.
Many people know of Earby from its Youth Hostel. Earby is also known as the last stop on the border before entering Yorkshire through Skipton Road. Earby has a thriving cricket club which incorporates a red and white rose as part of its emblem in keeping with the town’s location and history.
Lavender House is a spacious light property. As you enter the property there is a hallway with many original features. Downstairs includes a spacious open plan living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen.
In the living area there is a comfortable seating area with TV and coffee tables and a cosy coal effect gas fire making an ideal space for relaxing after a day of exploring the local area.
Lavender house’s open plan dining area has table and chairs and ample space to dine for five guests. Here is also an original glass fronted built in wall unit, a beautiful feature. Cosy evenings are possible with the wood burner, a focal point for the room.
The bedrooms are generously sized and beautifully dressed, with the master offering a 5-foot bed the second offering two full size singles and dressing table, the third bedroom has a further single bed. The family size spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, large basin, and close-coupled toilet. There is a built-in wardrobe and drawers in the upstairs hall area for cloth hanging/storage. Look up in the hallway and delight in the original glass panelled ceiling window.
There is free on-street parking outside and surrounding side streets which is first come first served basis.
