Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, balcony, Wi-Fi, limited parking (4 Cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The standard security deposit for our rental is $1,500 which is required prior to your arrival.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
