We encourage our guests of the Lazy Duck Inn to open the windows at night to enjoy the cool evening temperatures and close those windows during the day (including curtains/blinds) to keep cooler air inside the room. Yellowstone National Park Closures
Yellowstone National Park is a seasonal attraction, and it is not open year-round. The majority of the park is closed from mid March to mid-April to prepare for the Summer Season. The summer season runs from mid-April to the end of October. It is then closed from November 1st until mid-December. The park reopens mid-December for the winter over snow season. The winter season requires a guided snowmobile or snow coach tour to be able to enter the park. Please plan your visit accordingly.
