Upon arrival, we immediately started seeing roaches. The first scan of the room revealed 5 or 6. We told the front desk about the situation and they replied that they were not aware of any bug problems. They did offer to move us to another room but we declined. The overall condition of the first room led us to believe we would have the same issue with any room, and we weren't planning on spending much time in the room anyway. Over the course of two and a half days we killed between 20-30 roaches and a few spiders. Noise isn't really a problem for us, but be aware that the property is located in the corner of two busy streets so if noise is an issue for you, you might want to book elsewhere. If they remedy the bug problem, this would be a nice cheap place to sleep for a night while traveling, but i definitely wouldn't recommend it if you are staying in town for multiple days.

Maintenance is clearly not a priority. I feel bad for the housekeepers, because they don't have much to work with. The only thing redeeming was that the air conditioning worked and the bed was fairly comfortable. Everything else was out of date, unkempt, and shameful. I realized it was not a high budget motel, but even Motel 6 does better. And what a joke having a studio. That's their excuse for not offering any breakfast or anything, and yet there's not a single thing in the kitchen to use. Like, who actually travels with cookware and dishes??

It was a cute place, I loved the laminate flooring. It was a bit aged and needing some fresh paint. It was peeling on the inside of the door and the tub had some rust in it. But it was clean…. The beds were very nice and comfortable. The price was great.

This hotel was a nice surprise, I booked based mostly on price and reviews and was happy I did. Very comfy beds and room was clean and having a full sized frig and freezer was nice. Good AC too only negative was the area and we couldn't get the room dark enough. But for the price it was a winner.

The stay wasn’t horrible. You get what you pay for. We were just going out for a night away from the kids.
Bed was clean, no sign of bugs. As per usual, it wasn’t the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on but it’s a mediocre hotel bed.
AC worked but was in need of replacing. The cover was cracked and it was leaking/condensating onto the floor. It was a little noisy and cooled off the room.
The room had a “smell” like, musty or hadn’t been used in a little while. Had laminate flooring that was grey-ish in color but felt dusty under your feet.
It was quiet, as far as guest go. Not very busy. Our room was on the 3rd floor which required quite a few stairs depending where you park. If you park in the back, there’s not as many.
The room was right on the road and the hotel is located at a red light so you could clearly hear cars with loud exhausts, motorcycles, etc as they took off.
Bathroom needs updated and the toilet was very small (low to the ground). We didn’t use the shower but it looked clean for the most part.
Overall, it was good for the cost. I did not take any photos.

MANAGER STILL HASN'T RESPONDED TO MY CALLS. AC quit cooling in both rooms we booked. One room wasn't cooling properly when we arrived and after 2 hours of sweating and waiting for the room to cool, we requested a new room and switched. In the other room we booked, the AC worked adequately until the middle of the night and then quit cooling, leaving us sweating the rest of the night until we could all cram into our other room with the rest of our party in the morning. I talked to the woman at the front desk and she said once we all checked out she would refund the pet fee to compensate for the AC issues. I found out later she never initiated a refund because when she checked the room it had magically started cooling properly again. I've called multiple times about this and have never be able to get anyone to do anything.
As for the rooms, the main room was nice and remodeled. The bathroom and rest of the property was needing some TLC. One of our rooms smelled so strongly of curry/Indian food that I could still smell it on the items we used at the hotel for days afterward.
Really wish they could have just refunded the simple $16 like they said they would but unfortunately, customer service just doesn't go that far at this worn out motel.

No hot water coming to 3 different rooms

The room had nice furnishings, bed and pillows very comfy. Only complaints are: no coffee pot in room, minimal water pressure, barely warm water w/ no shower and rust stains in tub. It's not a perfect hotel but has made some very good updates. Have stayed here before and will again. Wish they would offer some type of breakfast.

This was the worst stay I have ever had in my life. There were people smoking below us, so it came up through the bathroom vent that was not cover because the room was 1/2 renovated. Water stood in the tub while showering, the door did not seal. People were literally doing drugs on the floor we were staying on. After complaining to the manager, we were moved to another room that was just as bad. It had roaches, the furniture was stained, the access door had been pryed open with a screw driver and did not seal. There were people in a truck right in front of our door that were skecthy as well. As we were loading the car to leave, one guy was standing over the balcony watching us. We did not feel safe at all!

Greetings from South Carolina! Decided to visit Ruby Falls in Chattanooga, and booked my room here in Cleveland. The room had been recently renovated, and it was nice and quiet, just what I needed for my weekend getaway. I prepaid in advance, and so check in was fast and easy as well as check out, will definitely stay here again!
Thanks to the owners, and Bethany for assisting me with my comfortable stay and I definitely would stay here again!!!

This was a decent place to spend the night, although my room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Reserved the booking in the app, we had a late arrival. We towed a medium size trailer; At check-in, the reception desk was very kind to help place us where we had no issues parking, unloading, and driving away in the morning. A great transit motel and friendly staff.

A really good transit hotel choice when traveling to or from Florida…

I was looking for super-econimical, jnowing there would be some sacrifices to make. I was originally quite surprised by the added ammenities, such as two-burner cooktop and kitchen style sink. Additionally, the room was large and the beds were comfortable. To note, this is a refurbished, older hotel. HOWEVER, we did find roached in the room. The hitel backs up to a wooded mountain, so this could be something they have to manage ongoing. Regardless, we saw multiple babies and also some larger specimens. We didnt sleep well and checked out early.
Suoer sad, too, because the kocation was perfect for our college visit- this would have been a great location to revisit when my daughter moves for college, and the staff was so helpful and kind upon arrival and departure. Unfortunately, we would not try again die to the bugs.

The outside property seemed dirty and run down but the room was lovely - great place for a clean and quiet family overnight.

This is an excellent value but sometimes you get what you pay for. Its been renovated and felt pretty clean if you dont mind water marks on the ceiling. I was just passing through so i didn't mind that the property is aged.

Was surprised with the room. The overall room compared to others with a similar price tag could be considered a suite. I've never seen a glass stove in a hotel room before.

The check in person was helpful, but I cannot understand why assistance requests made at the time of booking are not forwarded to the hotel.
A clean pair of socks were black on the bottoms from walking around the room for less than an hour. Gross

The staff was very friendly.. We had a issue with our heat/ac unit not working and within twenty minutes of notifying the front desk, there was another unit installed and running

Didn't feel that safe as a female traveling alone, smashed up car in the parking lot, loud men talking outside my room on the upper level.

Definitely no frills. Theres no coffee maker, hair dryer, minimal toiletries for a couple of nights stay. You can tell it's being upgraded, as the bathroom was in terroble condition with the plumbing falling out. Great for pets though. I would stay again for a night, but not for a long stay.

The amenities in the room. Hope to find these located everywhere we travel!
