First room the bed wasn’t made. Looked like someone was in it. The only other room they had was 2 queens and it was fine until the smoke alarm beeped from 5 am til 10am before they came to replace the battery. Usually my stays here are great

Loved our stay at the Hard Rock Biloxi. We woke up to a beautiful of the a gulf and barrier islands. All staff we encountered when friendly and available to answer our questions. Bed was comfortable and pillows fluffed perfectly. Will definitely be staying again :)

The hotel is quiet during this time early December. They do not have daily room make up. Room is comfortable. From parking lot to the room is long way to hauling luggage with ramps and elevators. Common areas bigs but you can smell cigarettes smokes from casino.

We had a great time while visiting your hotel and casino. The only thing that would have made it better was the parking. We have a big truck and it was extremely hard to find parking. The parking over to the side of the hotel was ok but there needs to be a way to get to the hotel by the pool.

My stay is always great buttt Hardrock needs to update their rooms. There were no plugs for phone chargers by the beds. Only regular plugs.

Over the past 4 years we’ve stayed here several times. The hotel is in need of general maintenance. 1 of the shower heads didn’t work, 1 of the sinks was stopped up, 2 wall lights crooked, no coffee, no microwave, no daily housekeeping, floor of elevator nasty. We spent our honeymoon there, but it’s doubtful we’ll return. It’s obvious they’re only interested in bringing in money from the casino…

First room was filthy and had bedbugs, the second room was just as bad as the first. The shower was covered in soap scum and mold even had a broken tile at the step into the shower.i definitely would not recommend nor will i ever stay at the Hard Rock again very dissatisfied even tried to speak to a manager and was told someone would call me later.

I was put in the adjoining room with the interior door between 2 neighboring rooms. The neighbors had a heated argument that was going on for a while. Upon contacting the front desk and requesting to change rooms so I don’t have the door in between rooms, I was rudely denied. Security was sent to the room and loud arguments stoped. Then the neighbors turned loud TV on inspite, not to mention all the weed smell coming out of the room. The service was unacceptable.

I had booked 2 connecting rooms in weeks before our date and when we arrived I was told they would be on different floors. When I asked if we can get them at least on the same floor, I was told it would be smoking rooms instead. We waited for about another 10-15 mins there only to then be told that they were not ready. At this point I said just give us the rooms we originally had. We was traveling from Texas for an event in town and arrived around 5:30. So I’m not sure why no rooms were ready or why I didn’t get our connecting rooms. The young lady who took care of us seemed as though she didn’t know what she was doing.

Great location but the restaurants inside and resort fees sort of high! Easy parking but had to ask security to keep an eye on my motorcycle because a sketchy person that was trying to sell me a chainsaw was hanging out in the garage! Check in and staff were very pleasant. I had to settle with a smoking room because that was all that was left and it was definitely a smoking room. If you don’t like cigarette odor, don’t get those rooms. Clean, but smelt like cigarettes.

When I booked this hotel it did state the room did not have a view, but I didn’t realize it meant I opened the blinds and saw a wall. The room was very dark. Also I felt uncomfortable using the bathroom with a frosted glass door.

Loved this hotel & casino. Nice gulf and pool deck view. Walking distance to nearby casinos, beach, museum, etc. Loved the room layout and the oversized spa-type shower. Attractive modern decor. Loved seeing all of the classic cars in town for Cruisin’ the Coast.

The good things: This hotel is located on the river with lots of attractions nearby. The casino and several restaurants and shops are all in the same building as the hotel. The lady who checked us in was very nice and accomodating. The beds were comfortable. The not so good: The ice machine did not work. Room 301 had a slight odor but wasnt so bad that we weren't able to stay. It took a long time for the water to get hot to take a shower. This happened both at night and the next morning. Overall we would stay here again and do recommend it.

We arrived too late to enjoy much. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. Our first room smelled like smoke due to being a smoking-room facility. However, once we mentioned it to the front desk, we got another room, and it was perfect. The only thing missing was a microwave because we wanted to eat our leftovers. The hot tub and pool area was perfect. I wish we had more time, but I would be back in traveling the area again.

Had a week of fun except for bringing your luggage in the hotel. You either carry it yourself or have a suitcase with wheels. Obviously for a week you need quite a bit of essentials. Lots of bags therefore, we had to go buy a wagon to get our stuff to the room. The parking garage is on one side of the Hotel and the checkin desk along with the elevators for the rooms are on the other side of the hotel and it's quite a walk when you are handicapped and use a cane. I mean for the price we paid for the room for a week, they should definitely have a way to transport your stuff. Other than that our stay was ok.

Got checked in app 4:15 got settled in room and was ready for a shower but the water was only warm would not get hot. I called to report the issue went out to eat and other places come back app 2 hours later still no hot water. I went to front desk to request another room clerk called someone about the issue then I was told to let water run for about 5 minutes it would get hot. Definitely wasteful and a strange answer and of course that didn’t work either so after 2nd trip to front desk I was moved to another room and had no more issues with the stay .

Our rooms were not ready even though we were there at 4;00, we had to wait almost 2 hours. And when we asked if we can stay one hour longer they said no. The sheets were dirty and torn!

My check-in did not go well. The desk rep was not at all friendly. As I was standing in line to get checked in, I was hoping I would not have to deal with her, but hopefully the other rep. Unfortunately, I did have to deal with her. As she was checking me in. I told her I would like to be as high as possible. The hotel has 12 floors. She told me she could only put me as high as the 6th floor, room 601. I got to my room and had trouble with the key card getting the door open. So, I went back downstairs to get it rectified. I then told her I was not happy with that location, as it was too close to the elevators. I don't like being close to elevators or ice machines. She then told me she could put me in room 409, or on 801. Well, 801 was definitely higher, but still near the elevator. I elected to take 409. I did, however wonder why she told me when I checked -in tat she could only put me as high as the 6th floor. Now she was offering me the eighth floor? The hotel didn't seem to have a high occupancy rate at that time. You mean there wasn't a single room left on any floor above the 6th, except room 801, in the other 6 floors? Interesting. I had reservations for next week for two nights, and had reservations for 3 days for the Christmas Holidays. Because of the clerk's attitude, she cost them 5 nights revenue, as I have now canceled my reservations and will Never return there again. BTW, this was my second stay.

I had a specifique request and despite a little mistake during my reservation online, the staff did their best to give me a wonderful room. My view was awesome and I witnessed an incredible sunset! I have been to HRHR Biloxi quite a few times and it's always great.

I am from North Louisiana and in July, I reserved a double queen room with a water view overlooking the Gulf. When we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded to a Platinum Tower room, I didn't know at the time what that meant, but our "so called upgrade" turned out to be a double queen with a disappointing city view. Crusin' the Coast was going on and we were kept awake by loud engines roaring and screeching tires. Directly across from the hotel one group of CTC participants were constantly blowing an extremely obnoxious train horn and also animal noises on a large outdoor speaker- we were on the 9th floor and could hear it very clearly. The the rain type ceiling shower head was not powerful enough and handheld shower wand did not work - we called for maintenance but ended up having to figure out the issue for ourselves and fix it. I don't feel that the stay was worth the price we paid especially without the water view. I will say that the staff were very nice and the restaurants were very good, and the general atmosphere at the hotel was great!

Traveled for a family event. Asked for a cot in one room and was told they had none available so I asked for blankets and a pillow. Desk clerk said it should be delivered shortly. Waited over 2.5 hours and fell asleep without. 2 year old grandson slept on the floor with a sheet and woke up with a Tylenol pill he found that was left near the bedside table from a previous guest. Hotel response was,” do you want your room cleaned” !!!!
