Lovely pool, comfy bed
When I checked into the property I noticed behind my wardrobe was a sliding door which lead from another room into mine. This was only covered by a curtain. I looked through and saw it was the staff room/luggage room. Even though they couldn’t see anything they could hear everything and vice versa. This made me uncomfortable so I explained this to the staff, one of them was laughing when i said this makes me uncomfortable as a solo female traveller. I understand he wasn’t doing this maliciously but I just felt the situation could’ve been handled better. After about ten minutes of me asking for a different room and them saying they don’t have one, one other staff member said I could change rooms the day after when someone else checked out.
This made me feel a bit better but the rest of my stay I couldn’t help but feel paranoid lol.
As well as this, both rooms I checked into weren’t cleaned properly. The first sink had the previous guests toothpaste all over the sink still. And the second room the curtains were filthy, the bedsheets smelt like they hadn’t been changed and the fridge had the previous guests empty cans in.

Really friendly staff, so attentive and genuinely care about you and your stay - giving us recommendations of where to stay and what to do. The breakfast was so nice.

Gorgeous room and pool area. Very relaxing.
Would be nice to change the bin in the bathroom more regularly.

Beautiful room and pool area. The bed was very comfy and I was able to extend twice and stay in the same room. Breakfast was nice. A very chilled place perfect to relax. Easy to scooter / grab to the centre.
The shower head had to be held, it would be nice if you could put it up on the wall.

Beautiful hotel ran by a lovely family. It exceeded all my expectations and I hope to return again some day. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and I got lots of recommendations on places to go and see in Ubud and the surrounding area. The breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean. Relaxing by the pool was just amazing !
Can't fault it

I was delighted to find this hidden gem after having tried many other villas in Ubud. It is in a peaceful location yet close to the city centre. There’s a convenient store and laundry a few minutes walk away. There are beautiful rice fields everywhere and nice places to eat. I always looked forward to returning to my room after a long day of exploring. Comfortable, beautifully decorated and modern. The family who run the Villa are so lovely and very accomodating to all the needs of their guests. I had to check out early and they organised my breakfast and drove me to the airport. Thank you so much for everything, I cannot wait to return back.
Some days my room wasn’t cleaned unless I asked for it and they sometimes forgot to clear away my dishes from breakfast. But that’s not a big drama!
