The owners put no effort into this rental and it shows. Felt like I was sleeping in a goodwill/thrift store. Beds, sheets, and curtains all were gross, not something I would allow paying guests to sleep on. My wife wanted me to go to Walmart and buy new sheets and towels. Not cool. The towels were like auto shop rags and you just feel gross using them. Downstairs bathroom had spiders in it. There is no upkeep to the property. Sidewalks were covered in weeds and dirt, paint was falling off, no furniture or outdoor seating on the patio. The location is decent but it was hot and they have NO AIR CONDiTIONING! They have no games or activities on the property. I wouldn’t go back and I don’t recommend anyone paying to stay here. It could be an awesome rental if someone just fixed it up and put any effort into it.some feedback, buy new beds and sheets and towels as a start! Furnish the house with even ikea stuff, not thrift store throw away items! This is not a refugee house, this is a rental that people are actually paying for!

We enjoyed our stay, mostly. The "Queen" size mattress was very uncomfortable for our friends, so they ended up taking the matress pad from the "other" bed upstairs and using it in the downstairs bedroom. There were no outdoor furniture to use on the gorgeous porches, and all the log seating outside was pretty embedded with ants, so that was a little let down. Having a policy where only one trash bag would be collected felt strange (since the only other option provided was to drop trash in town for a fee?) Otherwise, the home was comfortable. Even there during Memorial Day weekend, it never got too hot (which is good since there is no ac). In fact, we did turn the heat on at night. We did use the fire pit outside, and that was pleasant. I could have asked for the walkways to be a little better maintained; there was a load of dirt and debris covering the walkway from the parking area to the front porch. In addition, despite us bringing limited groceries, the fridge had a number of items in it, including a nearly full freezer section.

Our stay at this cozy cabin was totally relaxing in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were clean and firm. Wish we could have used fireplace for ambiance or had a bbq for cooking. Otherwise, would recommend cabin for anyone wanting to escape crazy world.

The place was nice, if you arrive at night you’ll have a hard time finding the place. The rode to it is not paved and there are no street lights. That said, the Evolve contact sounded like she didn't want to be bothered and the owner was indifferent when I tried to get in touch. If it wasn’t for that, I very likely would have given it higher rating. Also there is no cell phone service within a few blocks from the house or the house itself, you need to connect to wifi to use your cell phone.Plenty of left over food in the fridge and seasonings in the kitchen. Washer dryer work great, heating also works great. Shower works well. Location is nice, with a couple neighbors nearby. Had a nice time but would not return.

The cabin was in a nice location…very clean and furniture was comfortable….kitchen was well stocked….the only complaints would be that there weren’t any hand/ face towels in the master bathroom and the refrigerator/freezer needed to be cleaned out… the freezer was so full of old food …we couldn’t even find room to put a bag of ice in it.Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay here again.
