The location and hotel are excellent, however the noise from within the hotel and from outside all night was enjoyable, one of least enjoyable stays in 50 trips this year, the surround area was very nice with lots of kids hanging around and did nt feel particularly safe.

Very nice hotel. Spotless clean and comfortable. Will stay again

Only one thing that lets this lovely place down is the fact that there is no reception and check in was terrible. We had to wait while somebody came to the property to let us in and give us a code for the door which we should have had prior to arrival.

Extremely clean, very modern lovely hotel. Big rooms great walk in shower and a big smart TV.
Self check-in which we actually like. Room service from a nearby sister hotel which we didn't try but the menu does look very nice.

Unstaffed hotel but very user friendly and easy to access, (with code)
Hotel is spotless, good size comfortable rooms and bed, great walk in showers.

The hotel was excellent. Great value for money. Rooms were lovely, clean and all the facilities we needed. The breakfast was just what you needed for your day. Will stay again if we are ever in the area.
4.0 / 5.0
Beautiful property, high quality finishes and decor. Enjoyed our stay and convenient parking.
Breakfast room rather small (2 stools on breakfast bench) so a little awkward if anyone else is in there before you, and very hot! Recommended to add another bath rug as whilst the shower design is beautiful it also floods over the shower tray and having high gloss tiles in the bathroom & bedroom can be very slippy.
Would definitely recommend this property and stay again. Very happy overall!

The hotel was very clean, rooms were lovely and excellent value for money. Great check in. Only problem we had was it was a bit difficult to find.
Will definitely use again.

Beautiful decor.. efficient access.. very central and a little difficult to find when the market is in the square...

If you want to stay in a Smart hotel, book this hotel. It’s still going through renovations but once completed, it will be lovely! The building is beautiful. I think it suits more adults rather than children.

Hotel on the whole very good. Boston itself, not so good. I wouldn't return.
Hotel is very central, although very confusing to get to. Lots of silly one ways, and dead ends.
Completely automated system, no staff on site. Just codes to come and go as you please.
Room was ok, some nice touches for that modern feel. Neons etc! But a little disappointed In the executive suite. Just book a room. Your paying extra for a sofa basically.
Ironically the smart TV was very big. But useless and not very smart, as it's not connected to the internet. I tried to connect myself, but I was unsuccessful.
Beds were comfy and the hotel very clean. The staff I spoke to via ring doorbell and phone all polite and very helpful. Would definitely use the company again for a stay. Just not in Boston.

Really central and comfortable, big tv and parking outside for a small fee. Unexpected breakfast buffet to take up to our room was a bonus too. Pristine condition throughout.
1.0 / 5.0
Nice sized clean room with a comfortable bed and decorated well, however
No staff, no air con, no lift which was not great with a heavy suitcase.
Lack of staff is rather unnerving, especially if you need someone in an emergency.
Keypad entry system is bound to fail at some point so again the lack of staff is worrying.
Help yourself Continental breakfast in a tiny room with no where to sit was very limited especially for people with dietary needs.
This hotel is obviously under development and therefore begs the question should it actually be open until it’s ready?
Also, the youth of the town seem to spend the whole evening racing their cars in the market Square which is right next to the hotel.
A very disappointing stay, will not be returning

No lift which wasnt an issue for me but 2 floors up may be an issue for some.Lovely interior nice room no air con just a pedestal fan .The hottest daybof the year so far so was really hot in the room.Great shower and beds huge smart tv .

The hotel is clean, modern and excellently presented and very good value for money. The only 2 negatives are that the lift is not yet operational and that there is no personal contact with staff (everything is via phone, text, or intercom). Ordering room service proved to be a pain and we went out instead.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced and spotlessly clean. Shortage of staff on site is slightly unnerving. Shower terribly designed as leaked all over bathroom floor. Otherwise a nice comfortable room. Would recommend but beware of the shower:)
Breakfast room well stocked but coffee machine out of order which was disappointing.

A lovely place very modern and up to date. Just the rooms far too hot and not able to adjust the temperature.

Whether wasn’t best on our night but was worth every penny for the hotel! Would recommend and stay again.

The location was perfect and the hotel room was probably one of the most stylish and up to date rooms I have stayed in. The lighting controls and over decor was commendable.

Hotel is in an old building right beside the iconic Boston Stump, it feels newly renovated and was immaculate inside. Our room (212) was a spacious family room and very comfortable, powerful shower and tea/coffee, we had planned on watching a movie but most of the channels didn’t work.
Things to bear in mind are the hotel is not staffed, although people are on hand to answer calls when needed.
Check-in was a little confusing as we had expected someone to be there but after a quick call were given entry instructions, which we then received by email, this would have been useful beforehand.
No restaurant but there is a complimentary breakfast room with breakfast basics, bread, cereals, toaster, juices etc.
The lifts currently don’t work so please check before if you have mobility issues.
Also parking is not included but is only £4 for 24 hours.
All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to friends/family.

This magnificent building has been refurbished to an incredibly high standard. Our room was superb, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Parking right outside the front door at £4.00 for 24Hrs.
A tip; when you drive out, don't try to go out the same way as you come in as there are spikes to prevent you from doing so. You actually drive out through what looks like it is the church grounds.

Excellent property. Bed is extra comfy! Parking is easily accessible and staff are excellent if you need anything!

Unique decor in a fantastic building overlooking stunning Boston Stump. Cheap parking outside, very reasonable room rates with a decent serve yourself breakfast. The 5star for service was based on contact with one lovely woman who came to fix electrics in the breakfast room, there are no on site staff.

Great location for our trip to theatre. Very fancy decor which was nice i almost felt posh!! Room abit too warm for my liking. Think in summer you would fry.Breakfast room small but enough choices.Over all would definitely return.

A great experience, beautiful decor and great service, all in a fantastic location.

The hotel is hard to find with the dead ends which seem prevalent in Boston. The hotel is lovely. If you like lots of marble and led lighting it will suit. The room however, was sauna hot and the open window at the back of the hotel ment we were awoken at 5.30am on a Sunday.

The design of the hotel is amazing. The decor beautiful. That's where it ends. There's no reception. There's no bar. The thermostat in the room was stuck at 27 degrees all night. The area is noisy. It was a guessing game the whole experience. Nothing is clear. I even had to ask the cleaner how i get a receipt. Nice to look at, but never again in afraid.

Absolutely awesome. Friendly fella rang me with all the details after booking, then everything else was seamless!
Room, so comfy, lighting perfect and tv was pre logged with streaming devices so I watched the inbetweeners movie last night.

Arrived and greeted warmly. Host advised they were very quiet, but were busy putting up Xmas trees and decorations. Host upgraded us to a suite which was simply wonderful. Most pleasant stay.

Lovely recently opened hotel in centre of Boston very comfortable rooms Will look forward to staying when the restaurant and bar are up and running

Very unusual and exceptional rooms at any price. This is in contrast to there being no staff at the hotel, with everything being self service. In an emergency, there are however staff close by. I will definitely stay there again.
