The room beside me had thei TV so loud I could hear what they were watching, til about 6pm and there were people walking the hall who were loud til about midnight
2.5
A fine place to rest. Nothing fancy. Didn't check out the breakfast, went to the Blue Canoe for something hearty.
1.0
The bed was VERY comfortable and there was a 65 inch tv in the room.
BUT!!! If you have a hard time falling asleep don't go here!! The walls are paper thin. We didn't sleep at all.
2.5
There was a smell in the room.
2.0
This was the first time I was put in a room facing the highway and it was louder than expected.
2.5
A great place to spend the night after a long day drive

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have always been pleased but this time our room was not clean. Dog food on the carpet and ants. Bathroom needed repairs. Breakfast had very little selection. Muffins were all gone 30 minutes after breakfast started. Only toast and cereal left. Very disappointing.
2.0
Somewhat clean but very dated. English spoken at front desk hard to understand.

They kep my stuff I left for an while till I got back there to pick them up.

It's OK, as expected.

Always a great stay here. Clean comfortable beds, quiet and affordable when booked in advance. Staff are friendly and check in is quick and easy.

Good for us with a dog.

This was great place for our needs and was a good value. Only complaint was the refrigerator in the room was dirty and ice build up in the freezer section.
2.0
I was pleasantly surprised
It was nice
Baseboards could use some attention
4.0
Great location for a stay while travelling through, good breakfast, reasonable rate,
a bit dated.

Love the location so close to the Trans Canada and reasonably priced including breakfast. Microwaves need to be relocated from the bottom shelf.
5.0
Very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here in 2017 as the Robins inn. It was an excellent experience. Fast forward to 2024 and it has changed to Travellers inn and the place has gone downhill.
Our check in was fine and no issues with the staff. The room was clean but sparse. No lamps just harsh overhead lighting. Only one night table for queen bed. Bathtub drain was completely clogged.
And to boot the breakfast was supposed to be from 7-10AM and included in the price . We waited till 7:15 and still no activity to be seen at the breakfast area, so we left, as did several others. We will not be back

Clean and very convenient to highway

Pleasant and friendly.

We liked the location which was halfway in our journey. We arrived late and tired. We were assigned a ground level room right beside several garbage containers, like RIGHT beside our door. The tenant next door remarked “stinks, doesn’t it? I’d change my room, but I’m tired.” We tried to change our room and were told no other rooms available. Immediately, two bikers walked in, no reservations. They got rooms. We questioned why we could not get the room. Were told oh, the door is not working.

Poor condition of the sofas. They're broken . Has black mud on the face.
2.0
Decent place with comfortable bed. Not the best choices at breakfast.
4.0
It was clean and very reasonably priced. Close to a good restaurant too, the Blue Canoe. Just the ticket for an overnight on our trip down the Trans Canada.
3.0
Practical for a quick stop off the highway.

The write up for this property needs to be updated. It was not as described. It is an older hotel that needs to be updated. Furniture is old and shaby. Carpets need cleaning. It is clean with updated bedding and the staff are friendly. There is no 24 hr desk service. Breakfast is the bare min but coffee is good. No lactose or gluten free options. It has a campground vibe with freezers in the foyer. Very basic for the price.

Easy to find off the highway. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Nice variety for breakfast and snacks. Price was reasonable.
5.0
Good customer service, free regular breakfast, affordable and quiet place

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was little but good and fed the family to hold them off for awhile as we were stopping along a long road trip just for the night. They had Netflix which definitely pleased the kids would definitely stay again :)

The breakfast is not continental. We met a dog allowed in the breakfast area.Very dusty AC with old buttons. Grass not cut. The fridge was not thawed

A bit run down

This property was set back enough from the highway that it did not have loud highway noise. There was green space around it. A nearby restaurant was easy to find, had plenty of room, and was reasonably priced. The lobby breakfast was varied and tasty. It was pet friendly. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Gal who checked us in was very nice. The breakfast in the morning was nicely arranged altho variety was limited.
The condition of this motel is not “very good”, it needs a major update a refurbishing, cleaning etc
The name of the motel is travellodge not “traveller inn as advertised which is also strange advertisement.

The beds were super comfy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They allowed pets to stay and we never heard them from our room.
5.0
The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, and the continental breakfast was very good. The only dining in the immediate area within walking distance is the Blue Canoe at the Irving gas station.
4.0
The staff is wonderful. The pool is very nice. We were travelling with a dog, I assume there are assigned rooms for people with pets, which is fine, but our room absolutely stank of cigarettes, which I find disturbing for many reasons, the first one and most important being that’s it’s stated that it’s a Non-Smoking facility. Also, I’m not sure if there was a strike going on or what, but garbage was piled up and stinking in the stairwells and overflowing at the front entrance when we arrived.
