We were looking for somewhere with lots of space for my son who is autistic and thrives when he has access to the outdoors and plenty of rooms to choose from when he's indoors as he likes to have his own space to regulate.
This cottage and it's beautiful big, secure garden provided that for us. The manager was prompt in responding to any messages and check in was very easy, with a very kind welcome card and bottle of prosecco to welcome us.
A highlight was that Port Lympne was only half an hour away and was a brilliant day out.
Many thanks to Nicki and Chandra

We all enjoyed our stay at this cozy and comfortable home away from home. The property is very much as described. Both the owner and the agent were helpful. We wish them all the best.

That are not enough words to describe the time we had
Everything was marvellous!!!
The Belmont place is clean, cozy everything you want is at the rich of your hand. We were welcomed by a gorgeous Christmas tree in the living room, a nice card and goodie basket and the best is the fire place in the living room where you can sit by the fire with a hot cup of mulled wine. The outdoor is also very nice with a big garden, fish pond, swing and a fire pit where you can sit by the fire even when the weather is not on its best.
Nicola was very helpful and easy to communicate with, did her best to make sure we’ll have the most enjoyable stay.
We definitely recommend The Belmont, book in and you won’t regret it.

I had the most amazing stay at The Belmont! I got in around 4pm just as it got dark and was in complete awe of the house and the garden areas, pictures really do not do it justice!! My friends and I really enjoyed using the kitchen area and living room specifically for our stay and everything that you would want at your own home was at your fingertips. We had the fireplaces going so the house stayed a nice toasty level of warm throughout the day and night. The beds were definitely so comfortable to sleep in that I didn’t even want to get out of mine! Chandra has done an amazing job and created an amazing home! Nicole the property manager is also so easy to communicate with and so welcoming! I can’t wait until the summer to hopefully book again and use the outside spaces more.
